How to fix MongoNetworkError: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:27017 in mongosh mongodb in windows is shown in this video
Mongonetworkerror: connect econnrefused 127.0.0.1:27017 error typically occurs when “your local application is unable to connect to a MongoDB server running at port 27017.” The “ECONNREFUSED” means that the server actively refused the connection.
Solution: Checking if the MongoDB server is running
Make sure the MongoDB service runs on the machine where the error is generated.
If you are using Windows, you can follow this: run services.msc and activate the MongoDB service.
Make sure you need to add mongodb and mongosh path locations as environmental variables.

1.Does your mongodb path have /bin at the end?
2.Does your mongosh path have /bin at the end?
3.Close the command prompt and open new one and try running "mongosh"
4. Are you still getting the same error?
Let me know the answer?

@@mjhacks6443 yes bhaiya it is still giving me same error actually whats happening is that anytime that error comes when i am doing the project and it is not been able to solve and now i am fed with this i am not able to solve that problem i have done everything that you have mentioned in above points and i have start the mongodb.exe from services also but then also the problem continues

2. Can you see mongodb in services?
