Overland Global we did have one knotter break, but only because someone forgot to repin after lifting it up. We did have one knotter that was only making a half not, and breaking at the not, it happened about every 20 bales, so we changed the bale hook and the tying device and it seemed to fix the problem.
Farming in Canada the bill hook?.. when you replaced the parts did you adjust spring settings too? Just asking as I run the same baler and we are having plenty of issues. We have #25. Thank you
@@riamriam6758 yes we reset all the springs to the proper torch specifications. There's a spring on the top of the knotter and the bottom, check them both. Also you needle break might have to be tightened a bit.
Farming in Canada right, yeah silver spring at the bottom 32mm and top black spring at 28mm as per user manual. We have had needles break also. Claas Head of Balers has been out and still have problems, we even changed his settings as we still had issues. We are at the point of only talking to other operators and seeing what’s working best for them. As of today we are down to a consistent knotted #4 breaking twine, and every so often trained wrapping around the back of the bill hook.
Impressive baler and equipment!!
Fendts is the best tractor brand I've ever operated!!🌚
Agreed!!!!
Yep there nice tractors
Sharp lineup of equipment! I need you to come bale some for me over in N.Y.!! What do the bales weigh?
Peter, Thank you, the bales weigh around 550kg. Ware is the N. Y.?
@@FarmingBros I'm over in New York, your brother came to visit us back in the spring. Little bit of a haul from you guys!
@@peterschiltz5428 No problem we can come there, it'll take us no time the Fendt tractors drive fast. Lol
@@FarmingBros Alright perfect! Hopefully we get a 3rd cut this year, I'll let you know when its ready 😂

Never saw such an bad rake driver 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️😂😂
If your referring to the corners, they get raked up and down when the feild is done.
The baler and the rake can not turn sharp enough, to not leave anything in the corner.
What do you mean?
