First of all I start with cold shower no matter where I am at in the world doing it for six years my body is used to it freezing cold snow anywhere I’m at I always start with cold shower and Beautiful honestly it’s not that hard I have waken up at 333 at 444 & 555 but most beautiful time is when my heart and my mind is at peace and stillness I meditate same way in the morning evening and before bed my fav time to really work my subconscious at night to have a peaceful sleep and have and impactful day next day I plan my whole next day when I Am meditating at night to plan and in vision my next day it simply beautiful how everything lines up exactly the way I meditated about 💯🔱🙏🧿❤️☮️💟✝️☪️☦️💎🕉🛐✡️
