I was just at my neurologist last month and the news continues to be amazing. I have had no new disease and am going on 5 years with no disease modifiers. So thankful. I hope your path is paved with good health! 🧡

I love that you’re informing people about MS symptoms. I was diagnosed with RRMS also. I use my energy to do aerobics and yoga or even clean. I tend to do things out of my comfort zone. If I’m honest I use to be so social. I’ve become only isolated to myself lately because I do not to bother my family or anyone… it’s tuff I randomly feel sad.

Sorry to hear you can feel low. It’s normal to feel that way. You are grieving a life you lost, and it can be so frustrating when people don’t understand your struggles. I’m glad you’ve found us and joined our gang. We’re all here with you. You are not alone 🎗️🧡
