Tomas Mesropian theres nothing wrong with carbs (just stay away from refined) carbs is the number one source for energy, theres nothing bad about plant based foods, your worries should be with animal products, they have high and bad cholesterol and saturated fats which makes you gain weight and clog your arteries, carbs dont do that. ive been eating high carb WITH low fat for 2 years and lost 48 lbs without working out (just stating this because people tend to thinks carbs make you gain weight) carbs is your friend, not your enemy 😊
