First of all this is not a production car. Its a race car made for track top speed. To have a car can go to the road and make this top speed needs a lot of effort.

I love how this car accelerates, goes 300 km/h, accelerates further, 400 still accelerates with great power, it is not like in combustion cars that at certain speed it starts to lose acceleration and every second the speed changes by 0.1 km/h, this thing keeps accelerating, it's amazing :)

The top speed isn't even the most impressive part of this feat. It's the car's ability to keep climbing at 400+km/h like it just passed 60km/h. That's some beastly acceleration right there

So is the chiron super sport, limited to 273mph, just a tick faster then this aspark.. mind you its near 400hp less as well and can do a higher top speed so more impressive on the bugatti part in my eyes

The most important thing at that speed is to have good tires so that they do not expand and explode. Imagine an explosion of the wheels at that speed, the accident would be catastrophic. A great job of engineering. Congratulations.
I would like to see a side by side race between Rimac and this company. The Nevera seems to get to speed quicker but this thing keeps going. The Nevera just needs a slightly longer gear ratio and it might be able to do the same, in previous testing it would actually bounce off it's speed limiter
I imagine the steady acceleration is to drain the battery less quickly? Maybe to keep the car more stable, but its the perfect demonstration of a flat torque curve.
If i am not wrong, this car has a 60kwh battery. This means a 30C discharge current at the highest power, which is not sustainable for long time as it will overheat badly. For track use, like in nurburgring, this car will have problems and will throttle down the power halfway or before. They achieved the world speed record because of the very low frontal cross sectional area. The car is extremely low.

it was definitely still climbing at 438. It'll probably do 440+ if it had enough track. Allow more power to the motors and tune the gear ratios a bit and it might just do 500 also my boy looked so happy while driving 😆

The long corner had a speed limit of 250kph for the Bugatti, due to the weight of the car and the specs of the Michelin tires. The owl is lighter, which probably is why it could start accelerating sooner than the Bugatti.
There were production cars in the 90s that were doing numbers higher than this. This car started it’s life with unproven 1-100 claims. I completely respect any investor or innovator trying to make a company successful but building it off of miss information is the worst thing you can do now. And if the claims are true then have legitimate independent parties verify it because I wouldn’t doubt you would even be far from your claims, or even at them.
The Bugatti Chiron did a higher speed record, but then it's a combustion engine. I noticed the driver sweving the steering from left to right below 200kms, but after 200kms kept the steering straight. The car also sits well low to the ground and is very wide. Such interesting team this!!!
