- After so many request of making a chicken wellington I went to work and tried to make the best chicken wellington in the planet. This is the journey I took and you can see the results in the end. The most important thing was to make it taste amazing! I also took the chance and made a keto chicken wellington as I know we are in the diet season.

2 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard

I made this and it turned out pretty good. If you aren’t a fan of that strong vinegar scent, add less balsamic vinegar bc it was personally a bit too sour. It was overall great and I highly recommend it

Cool that you made a keto version! :) Recommendation/suggestion: Mix powdered parmegiano with the almond flour to get a better and thicker crust, with the added bonus of cheesy umami flavor. This is what I do for keto fried chicken. You get a really crunchy and flavorful crust. It's absolutely delicious. :)

just do not go Keto this amount of flour would not kill you. And the guys who are doing all those stupid keto diets are fat. Eat vegetables, fruits and lean protein every day (moderate carbs) and from time to time eat whatever You want not everyday just from time to time and You will look good and feel good and be healthy.
