all the memories i had when i was younger. i would boot up minecraft on the ipad/xbox 360 and build stuff. i would show my family the stuff i build. i have improved at the game so much. i remember going to my nans house and booting up the old 360 and asking my grandad to play with me, he agreed and even though he was a bit confused it was some nice bonding time, i miss him with all my heart and hes in a better place now. i wish i could live in that moment forever. i wish i could i have seen him more before he died. keep your loved ones close because you never know when they will be striped from your life, enjoy everything in the moment and make as many happy memories with loved ones as you can.

This audio feels like a happy childhood at first but then it slowly starts slipping out of your grasp not like you’re growing up, but like you’re becoming less oblivious to things around you. No more blissful ignorance, no more childish safe zones in your brain. Realizing that everything isn’t as joyous as you first thought, remembering so many things that made sense now. As if your eyes were closed your whole childhood, snapping back into reality from daydreaming in a high school maybe collage class, realizing waking up wasn’t the best thing but wasn’t the worst. Suddenly your friends around you make you remember that it wasn’t a lose/lose situation rather a win/lose situation. No more past. But more of a future.
i can agree im slowly crubling everyday on the inside i dont feel good at all im sad on the inside but i have to put a smile on my face to let others know that im happy even tho im not time goes by fast each day and when i hear this song with the other vhs type music on this channel it makes me sad knowing that times going by fast and im not the kid i used to be i still love life but i just feel a sadness on the inside like im slowly drifting away every day.
Think of this as you wish, but as somebody who rarely cries, listening to this song is the most I've ever cried before. this game was my childhood Hadn't played any other games until i was 8 or so (I was born the same year Minecraft came out actually) i remember i stopped for about 5 months a few years back. Not sure why, but i just stopped for a bit I had to come back because it was (and still is) my comfort game. No other game, object, person, or action can comfort me as well as booting up Minecraft and chopping down trees for hours upon hours on end could. I can still remember playing PE LITE and PE, the nether tower from that good ol' diamond and gold structure. I still remember my cozy little house on the sand. I still remember how I used to say hello to my dogs before and after school each day. I have a few memory problems, I can rarely even remember what class I just came out of at school. Yet I can still remember this, and a singular video I watched so long ago that I dont even remember anything else, but a Minecraft IRL video, of some dude in the snow, grabbing sticks, snowballs, and I even think there were carrots in there at some point. This game means a lot to me. As its grown up, so have I. This will probably be buried in the 2,892 other comments, but I just really wanted to put this out there. If somebody does end up reading this, Thank you for paying attention to my emotional ass rant on and type for 30 minutes straight. Thank you. Me and my sisters used to play together but now we lost the devices we played on or broke them, we cant play together anymore and they grew up and arent 11 and 15 anymore the weird thing is it was also in the summer of 2014.
These old Minecraft songs always reminds me of me and my friend playing at the hockey rink our big brothers played at, we always were on Minecraft PE. (My first experience with Minecraft) we had so much fun. He passed away 2 years ago and I have learned to be happy that I got to meet such a nice friend, and now I smile back on our memories. I actually grew up on Minecraft PE, i didn't know what the lite version was though, because i played in 2015 and still played until now, took a break when the dreamsmp mania happened, but i just got into it. I remember when i died once or got lost, i would make a new world and start again, because of how much valuables i would gather up in my inventory, even if i had a pair of double chests in my house, I didn't know what to do when i died, nor what do to when i got lost. These were the times when i was very naïve, a sapling, a growing soul, i wasn't like 7, i was like 10 when i first played in 2015, but mentally i was very young and was struggling in school. Now, I get great scores and one of the top students in my class(in terms of how many subjects i've mastered), and I also make skins, and one of them is based off of your nostalgic music :)
This hits HARD.. The track sounds so tragic, knowing that you can't go back and relive all those moments, although appreciating them, but that doesn't get rid of the fact that all those memories are bound to disappear..
i once tried my friend, it wasnt fun. i and my friends had sleepover grabbed our old phones charged it and opened old PE, didnt work. installed new versions on our phones, wasnt fun. didnt feel right or fun, didnt feel nostalgia or sadness, i felt empty, i felt like empty shell in the middle of the ocean, i didnt felt anything, it was like looking at the night sky where there is no moon, no stars, no falling stars, not a single plane or satellite, just emptiness of space void, i felt so empty, i just wanted to relive old memories of my joyous childhood, then something snapped, realized we were playing the new mc pe, not pe anymore, it was already 11:30 i said guys, i dont enjoy this, everyone looked at me with empty eyes and empty souls, and they just said with their blank face "i dont enjoy it either". after watching some netflix we went to sleep, then i woke up. sunny morning and all friends still sleeping i looked at all of them and went to the bathroom looked at myself and realized that world changed, i changed, my emotions changed. i realized tomorrow i write 3 exams andi have to study, the empty void of my shell just filled with anxiety, sadness and, i dont know, anger? I really don't know, i feel weird, sitting here on my toilet thinking about past and writing this.. Omg I remember this so well. I remember listening to this when I was 8. It always seemed calming when it was dark and raining outside. I would be sat of my bed all curled up under a blanket not knowing the dangers in the world that led at my feet. I miss the good days...
POV: It's been so long...you've just finished cleaning under your bed but one thing that you found catches your attention. Your old console... you faintly remember playing different games with your friends, but the game that you remember playing the most was minecraft. The times when you had your friends over for a sleepover and you boot up minecraft loading your old world and running around killing creepers and zombies, looking for diamonds and trying to finish your mansion. You decide to plug in the console and boot up minecraft, just hearing the first notes of one of the menu songs fills you with nostalgia. You press play and open up your world, the first place you're in is your mansion. Half finished... some creeper holes that you said you going to patch up years ago. In the distance you can hear dogs barking and wimpering, you go towards the sound and see the pack of dogs that you have in one of the rooms. All of the dogs have names, "Stripes", "Doge", "Walter" the list goes on. You go out of the room and explore the rest of the mansion looking at your unorganized storage room, farms and extra rooms. Each room makes you miss when you would regularly get on minecraft. You then go outside of the mansion and see a tower of blocks sitting out front, you remember making this tower to mark where your mansion was and constantly running out of blocks to build it. You look around a little more and realize you don't see any other builds, you look in your inventory for an elytra or even a boat or anything to travel with...nothing. Nothing is in your inventory that can help you find your other builds and to add insult to injury you can't even remember where your other builds are. So you log off and put your console away never to be used again...back in the box where it can collect dust once again.

I find it unbelievable that this new generation is gonna be growing up with the dream team and all of those guys and among us and stuff.its like a parallel universe. early 2000s kids had stampy, dantdm,popularmmos, Nintendo DSs, Wiis, Game boy advances, Xbox 360s, and you were the coolest kid in school if u pulled up to lunch with a happy meal after u got back from a dentist app or something. now kids are gonna be like "hey remember among us and fortnite" These kinds of songs remind me of the simple times when the only thing I had to worry about was getting online after school on my xbox 360. I made so many memories with this game without knowing it. me and an old friend made a whole Portal 2 replica. it was sick af. the one thing I wish I could experience just one more time is a Friday night. Dad just gone done making pizza(never grew up with mom due to her leaving when I was 3). being allowed to have soda because its not a school night. as a thunderstorm rolls in. booting up Minecraft on the xbox 360, and playing the hell out of Minecraft all night until I can barely keep my eyes open with the rain tapping on my window. but now.. now is just shitty. the only joy I feel now is when I get to longboard with my friends on weekends. every day is the fucking same. school. work. home. repeat. I feel like a fucking zombie. I feel like the people I hang out with don't even like me. just the days of little Logie without a thought behind his eyes. playing Minecraft and portal 2 and gmod. now I'm addicted to nicotine. I hate myself. and I'm gonna be driving on my own soon. I don't think its gonna get any better. I know I'm getting off topic but at this point I've let this shit build up for too long. I like cars and that's my passion. but I don't feel like going to school for another four years just for a piece of paper. thinking ab going into a trade school or becoming and apprentice. but damn... to all of you elementary/middle school kids reading this (if you still are lol I'm just rambling) please. just enjoy the time you have now because before you realize it, it will all be over. it only gets worse... I miss it. I miss it all. I miss my friends. I miss when I was actually happy.

This song hits way harder than it should. Like most I remember getting up to play Minecraft early with my friends. Waking up to see everyone online and inviting all 3 of them to play on the same world. We cannot do this and feel the same enjoyment anymore and it makes me look back on the fun we had and that it’s all gone in the blink of an eye. Although I am only 13, this gives me a lot of nostalgia. I like revisiting the past few years every once in a while and I often realize how fast the time has gone by. I have this feeling that I’ll be an adult in a blink of an eye, and when I do I’ll look back on now and wished I could re-live these days and wished I would have spent every moment living in the now. Sometimes I get lost in my own mind and worry and stress about things that don’t matter. I know I have a good life and I want to spend the time that I have the best I can. The nostalgia is hitting me very bad. I wish I could turn back to the good old days when my sister showed me this game. When I started hanging out with older kids and played all day for 2 whole summers. Those were the best times of my life. Im 15 now. Everyone has separated and I'm the only one left that misses the old times. It's like nothing happened for the others. I'm struggling a lot in school rn and I feel like i won't succeed in anything. Brings back memories of when I originally started Minecraft. My brother's friend recommended it to him, and my dad got it for us. I remember playing, constantly expanding a massive mine, working on a wall so large it was never finished. As much as I wish to go back, I know I never could.

We all remember coming home in our early childhood so excited to just build with friends or relax by ourselves... it was so peaceful to be happy...but now we are all grown and have lives outside our servers. Now we have school and graduations to attend, Barely having time or patience to go back instead we are so tired of everything our beds and phones have become a safe space from our unwanted reality just as Minecraft was once...This game was the beginning of so many others creativity an lives and will most likely be our end as well.... thank you Minecraft for everything you’ve given us...rest well old friends.
I remember how I first got introduced to Minecraft. My big brother was playing it on the XBOX 360. I had no idea how the game worked. I had started playing it by myself on the old tutorial world. The big Minecraft Logo, the cobblestone stairs leading up to a village. The next thing I knew, I was playing Minecraft and knew everything. As many years pass by, I forgot the existence of Minecraft, until it was of course, brought back up in 2019. I remember all the memories, I was too scared to play survival solo and the cave noises. This Nostalgic hits hard. Old Minecraft has held so many memories that I will never forget. I think I had started playing in 2015 or 2016, but even 6-7 years ago, all the memories are still stored in my mind. I miss the old days, and of course, I'm happy that I got to live through these times.
Semi off topic but I remembered all the older mcyts I used to watch as a kid. It was so nice, not having any worries or anything. I wish I could go back and live more, have a longer childhood and enjoyed that more.
Same, except now i can't even join other people's worlds because PS4 Minecraft became extremely buggy after 1.14. so now i just open the game, build some stuff and sob on the inside knowing i won't be able to make new Minecraft multiplayer memories with my friends. So I'm forced to watch a game i used to love more than i ever loved myself grow dull and meaningless, and it feels horrible
I’m not even joking my big brother was playing it on the xbox 360 when i went over and asked him what it was and i was hooked and i would play with my friends for hours every day and all the way up until middle school where eventually we kind of lost interest for it. Always will hold a special place in my heart (i’m in high school now so it’s not as nostalgic as it is for other people probably but it’s still been such a huge part of my life since 2013 around. sad to see the state it is in now.)

I made so many memories on Minecraft. I loved it so much. My cats, my dogs, my parrots, my villager friends, my houses, my creations, everything. But one day, I just left.. all my old dogs that haven't seen me in years are still waiting for me by my house, in the empty world. All the cats that haven't seen me in years are still roaming around the worlds I built, seeing if maybe, just maybe, I was in the forest the whole time. I remember when I would play this game with my step brothers. It was a real fun ride you guys, I hope where ever you are now, you still remember all the nights we would stay up playing this game.

I remember being extremely poor, light and water would go out at times. My brother got the Xbox 360 and one of the first games he got was Minecraft, I remember there being no food bar when I first started playing it. Tutorial world.. Build tools, finish that unfinished house, fight off enemies for your first night. Then when the tutorial was done you got to move on to farming and breeding and fishing. There was a huge city I remember. I remember going through all of the house and playing pretend with myself like I was a normal citizen and I lived in one of the houses and went out to do tasks every day. Like if you remember no food bar... the tutorial map.. the last update the Xbox 360 Minecraft got.. Update aquatic.
This reminds me how as a kid I made stacks and stacks of worlds without deleting them. As of now, I deleted Minecraft and re-downloaded it, not really thinking about how the super old worlds will be gone forever. Without a trace. None of the happy memories I made with my grandpa that at the time didn’t have dementia are here anymore.

Everyone is talking about their Minecraft Pe worlds or memories so I will talk about them to I remember when i finally got Minecraft pe has a kid my cousins called over the phone they told me how to do the nether portal and i explored it i was so happy back then, the old textures the old lava and then that’s when i started doing my houses in creative mode in mountains or in lakes, when people joined my world it gave me so much happiness i didn’t know how to play online back then, only on lan that maked me feel alone in my world so i used villagers… Back then i also wanted to try out those mods on RUclips and i watched the videos of the guy called LowLevelNoob or Spanish youtubers (I’m Mexican) Some of them stopped making videos or they changed a lot I had lots of worlds with my brother they are deleted now.. Wish I could have all my worlds back and visit them just a last time. This was one of the only things that distracted me from my parents hitting their selves and fighting I couldn’t be sure if everything was fine sometimes my mom grounded me because of those things minecraft was one of those things who kept me away from Family problems

all the memories i had when i was younger. i would boot up minecraft on the ipad/xbox 360 and build stuff. i would show my family the stuff i build. i have improved at the game so much.
i remember going to my nans house and booting up the old 360 and asking my grandad to play with me, he agreed and even though he was a bit confused it was some nice bonding time, i miss him with all my heart and hes in a better place now. i wish i could live in that moment forever. i wish i could i have seen him more before he died. keep your loved ones close because you never know when they will be striped from your life, enjoy everything in the moment and make as many happy memories with loved ones as you can.

Hadn't played any other games until i was 8 or so (I was born the same year Minecraft came out actually)
i remember i stopped for about 5 months a few years back. Not sure why, but i just stopped for a bit
I had to come back because it was (and still is) my comfort game. No other game, object, person, or action can comfort me as well as booting up Minecraft and chopping down trees for hours upon hours on end could. I can still remember playing PE LITE and PE, the nether tower from that good ol' diamond and gold structure. I still remember my cozy little house on the sand. I still remember how I used to say hello to my dogs before and after school each day. I have a few memory problems, I can rarely even remember what class I just came out of at school. Yet I can still remember this, and a singular video I watched so long ago that I dont even remember anything else, but a Minecraft IRL video, of some dude in the snow, grabbing sticks, snowballs, and I even think there were carrots in there at some point. This game means a lot to me.
As its grown up, so have I.

(My first experience with Minecraft) we had so much fun. He passed away 2 years ago and I have learned to be happy that I got to meet such a nice friend, and now I smile back on our memories. I actually grew up on Minecraft PE, i didn't know what the lite version was though, because i played in 2015 and still played until now, took a break when the dreamsmp mania happened, but i just got into it. I remember when i died once or got lost, i would make a new world and start again, because of how much valuables i would gather up in my inventory, even if i had a pair of double chests in my house, I didn't know what to do when i died, nor what do to when i got lost. These were the times when i was very naïve, a sapling, a growing soul, i wasn't like 7, i was like 10 when i first played in 2015, but mentally i was very young and was struggling in school. Now, I get great scores and one of the top students in my class(in terms of how many subjects i've mastered), and I also make skins, and one of them is based off of your nostalgic music :)

i once tried my friend, it wasnt fun. i and my friends had sleepover grabbed our old phones charged it and opened old PE, didnt work. installed new versions on our phones, wasnt fun. didnt feel right or fun, didnt feel nostalgia or sadness, i felt empty, i felt like empty shell in the middle of the ocean, i didnt felt anything, it was like looking at the night sky where there is no moon, no stars, no falling stars, not a single plane or satellite, just emptiness of space void, i felt so empty, i just wanted to relive old memories of my joyous childhood, then something snapped, realized we were playing the new mc pe, not pe anymore, it was already 11:30 i said guys, i dont enjoy this, everyone looked at me with empty eyes and empty souls, and they just said with their blank face "i dont enjoy it either". after watching some netflix we went to sleep, then i woke up. sunny morning and all friends still sleeping i looked at all of them and went to the bathroom looked at myself and realized that world changed, i changed, my emotions changed. i realized tomorrow i write 3 exams andi have to study, the empty void of my shell just filled with anxiety, sadness and, i dont know, anger? I really don't know, i feel weird, sitting here on my toilet thinking about past and writing this.. Omg I remember this so well. I remember listening to this when I was 8. It always seemed calming when it was dark and raining outside. I would be sat of my bed all curled up under a blanket not knowing the dangers in the world that led at my feet. I miss the good days...
POV: It's been so long...you've just finished cleaning under your bed but one thing that you found catches your attention. Your old console... you faintly remember playing different games with your friends, but the game that you remember playing the most was minecraft. The times when you had your friends over for a sleepover and you boot up minecraft loading your old world and running around killing creepers and zombies, looking for diamonds and trying to finish your mansion. You decide to plug in the console and boot up minecraft, just hearing the first notes of one of the menu songs fills you with nostalgia. You press play and open up your world, the first place you're in is your mansion. Half finished... some creeper holes that you said you going to patch up years ago. In the distance you can hear dogs barking and wimpering, you go towards the sound and see the pack of dogs that you have in one of the rooms. All of the dogs have names, "Stripes", "Doge", "Walter" the list goes on. You go out of the room and explore the rest of the mansion looking at your unorganized storage room, farms and extra rooms. Each room makes you miss when you would regularly get on minecraft. You then go outside of the mansion and see a tower of blocks sitting out front, you remember making this tower to mark where your mansion was and constantly running out of blocks to build it. You look around a little more and realize you don't see any other builds, you look in your inventory for an elytra or even a boat or anything to travel with...nothing. Nothing is in your inventory that can help you find your other builds and to add insult to injury you can't even remember where your other builds are. So you log off and put your console away never to be used again...back in the box where it can collect dust once again.

This song hits way harder than it should. Like most I remember getting up to play Minecraft early with my friends. Waking up to see everyone online and inviting all 3 of them to play on the same world. We cannot do this and feel the same enjoyment anymore and it makes me look back on the fun we had and that it’s all gone in the blink of an eye. Really, if anyone reads this and can still do what I am unable to do, enjoy it, it goes by fast, faster than you can imagine. Thank you Minecraft❤. You plug in the drive and click on the file, only to see weirdly named audios on it. Clicking on one, a nostalgic theme starts to play. Your eyes widen as you stared into the screen, tears falling down your cheeks-memories of you and your friends watching the sunset gush back, like waves in a stormy ocean.

Although I am only 13, this gives me a lot of nostalgia. I like revisiting the past few years every once in a while and I often realize how fast the time has gone by. I have this feeling that I’ll be an adult in a blink of an eye, and when I do I’ll look back on now and wished I could re-live these days and wished I would have spent every moment living in the now. Sometimes I get lost in my own mind and worry and stress about things that don’t matter. I know I have a good life and I want to spend the time that I have the best I can. Same thing happened to me, something like this always pops up every once in a while and I can't help but click and remember the better days in my life. Nearly failed high school But I've found a job I really enjoy, I'm going to school for it, have some toys in the garage, and I'm making new memories with new friends. However, nothing will be the same as my childhood, as everything was so perfect, and I can never go back

I named them Cobble and Berry but they both despawned :[ I miss that hardcore world so much..

We all remember coming home in our early childhood so excited to just build with friends or relax by ourselves... it was so peaceful to be happy...but now we are all grown and have lives outside our servers. Now we have school and graduations to attend, Barely having time or patience to go back instead we are so tired of everything our beds and phones have become a safe space from our unwanted reality just as Minecraft was once...This game was the beginning of so many others creativity an lives and will most likely be our end as well.... thank you Minecraft for everything you’ve given us...rest well old friends.

I remember how I first got introduced to Minecraft. My big brother was playing it on the XBOX 360. I had no idea how the game worked. I had started playing it by myself on the old tutorial world. The big Minecraft Logo, the cobblestone stairs leading up to a village. The next thing I knew, I was playing Minecraft and knew everything. As many years pass by, I forgot the existence of Minecraft, until it was of course, brought back up in 2019. I remember all the memories, I was too scared to play survival solo and the cave noises. This Nostalgic hits hard. Old Minecraft has held so many memories that I will never forget. I think I had started playing in 2015 or 2016, but even 6-7 years ago, all the memories are still stored in my mind. I miss the old days, and of course, I'm happy that I got to live through these times.
That happened to me in that exact order, except I always stayed with Minecraft. I miss it. 😭
Semi off topic but I remembered all the older mcyts I used to watch as a kid. It was so nice, not having any worries or anything. I wish I could go back and live more, have a longer childhood and enjoyed that more.
Same, except now i can't even join other people's worlds because PS4 Minecraft became extremely buggy after 1.14. so now i just open the game, build some stuff and sob on the inside knowing i won't be able to make new Minecraft multiplayer memories with my friends. So I'm forced to watch a game i used to love more than i ever loved myself grow dull and meaningless, and it feels horrible
I’m not even joking my big brother was playing it on the xbox 360 when i went over and asked him what it was and i was hooked and i would play with my friends for hours every day and all the way up until middle school where eventually we kind of lost interest for it. Always will hold a special place in my heart (i’m in high school now so it’s not as nostalgic as it is for other people probably but it’s still been such a huge part of my life since 2013 around. sad to see the state it is in now.)

I remember being extremely poor, light and water would go out at times. My brother got the Xbox 360 and one of the first games he got was Minecraft, I remember there being no food bar when I first started playing it. Tutorial world.. Build tools, finish that unfinished house, fight off enemies for your first night. Then when the tutorial was done you got to move on to farming and breeding and fishing. There was a huge city I remember. I remember going through all of the house and playing pretend with myself like I was a normal citizen and I lived in one of the houses and went out to do tasks every day. Like if you remember no food bar... the tutorial map.. the last update the Xbox 360 Minecraft got.. Update aquatic.
All Minecraft music is nostalgic anyway but you just gave it that *extra* it needed.

This reminds me how as a kid I made stacks and stacks of worlds without deleting them. As of now, I deleted Minecraft and re-downloaded it, not really thinking about how the super old worlds will be gone forever. Without a trace. None of the happy memories I made with my grandpa that at the time didn’t have dementia are here anymore.

Just bright enough outside that there was a slight blue glow around the furniture and walls, barely enough to see around but enough you could navigate and enjoy the light before anyone else and truly enjoy the room in the essence of its shapes and take your surroundings in without the colors or textures

Everyone is talking about their Minecraft Pe worlds or memories so I will talk about them to I remember when i finally got Minecraft pe has a kid my cousins called over the phone they told me how to do the nether portal and i explored it i was so happy back then, the old textures the old lava and then that’s when i started doing my houses in creative mode in mountains or in lakes, when people joined my world it gave me so much happiness i didn’t know how to play online back then, only on lan that maked me feel alone in my world so i used villagers… Back then i also wanted to try out those mods on RUclips and i watched the videos of the guy called LowLevelNoob or Spanish youtubers (I’m Mexican) Some of them stopped making videos or they changed a lot I had lots of worlds with my brother they are deleted now.. Wish I could have all my worlds back and visit them just a last time. This was one of the only things that distracted me from my parents hitting their selves and fighting I couldn’t be sure if everything was fine sometimes my mom grounded me because of those things minecraft was one of those things who kept me away from Family problems
