I really dont know where this freeman stuff is going. It is great standing around shouting about acts and laws etc but has anyone actually defined who the 'authority' that they fight actually is? The public outnumber the authorities 500,000 - 1 so what is the problem?
I think you guys should check your local bylaws before going out on the street with your megaphone and getting your facts wrong, if it was illegal to give a ticket out for that offence, why would they be given the tickets in the first place to be issued?
There is no specific offence in using a public megaphone in a public place. But, using a megaphone on private land would require the permission of the landowner as a rule. In fact, people use megaphones in the United Kingdom during election campaigns. The candidate is usually in a car, but they can still deliver their speech with ease and everybody can hear it. But, yelling through a megaphone to people on the streets is not the rule of thumb in the United Kingdom. You are unlikely to get arrested but people on the streets may get annoyed with you.

@ramfan010 This is the whole problem.They think their doing the right thing by showing resistance, & they are to be commended for having a go! least they’re not out robbing and mugging but it’s the conduct in which there expressing their rights and it’s obvious with little understanding of their history, ok the state education has done them no favours but there’s nothing stopping them in their spare time from getting along to a reference library, reading truthful accounts of social history etc
statutory acts ARE given the force of law by consent of the governed. the governed HAVE and continue to give consent for statutory laws to be enforced. it's not "opt-in/opt-out" choice for individuals to make, and a consensual majority agreement. does it really ring true that you can pick which aspects of law you want to be subject to?
i respect you for what your trying to do and its obvious your inspired by Charlie from Love Police which again is good HOWEVER you do come across as cheeky and slighty disrespectful, something Charlie has mastered not to do. think about it
@alex164 No, I just live by common law, which makes me a good citizen. Remember, courts, councils and police in the UK are Corporations for profit. When was the last time Mc donalds fined you? If they did, you would laugh at them. Whats so different>?
