That's Douglas Village Shopping Centre (i'm not sure it was called that before the centre was renovated and extended) before it was redone in the late 2000s. Douglas Court Shopping Centre is more or less across the road from here with the Dunnes Stores.

Douglas looked way better then, even the cars were fantastic.
