I agree that the prosecutor and the judge are working WAY TOO HARD toward ensuring that nice lady won't see even slight punishment. The deal ends up with no punishment -- not even a conviction on her record -- for her actions that Judge Middleton described as "outrageous with a capital O."
Driving without registration or without a license is one thing... Sure, illegal, but it can be dealt with. Her vigor for messing with police and for wasting police time and court time is unacceptable and merits more than one night in jail.
Justice is not being done in this case.

We shouldn't have to pay for her to ask for more time for that officer to take off work when he could be doing something useful with the taxpayers money. Starting with the police officer the lawyers and the judge has every time you have to see her face in there cuz nothing ever gets solved. Waste of time. They would have more money to pay these officers for choosing a job that put some definitely in the line of fire

Yeah, I'd say she shouldn't get her license back until she pays up for the cop's overtime.

It’s true, the arguments are ridiculous! But when tie up more of the courts time than what it’s worth, a lot of times they offer a plea deal that basically equals nothing.

If she truly believed in her nonsensical Sovcidiot beliefs...WHY then did she go out and get her license fixed? Most of these Dingus Muppets say that they do not need a license when "traveling" anyhow. When are the Courts just going to stop messing around with this chit?
