    Great setup!!
    Props on using the FS7! I'm actually looking to add a few FS5's to my collection soon.
    Be sure to keep your biggest c-stand leg under your light or mic so it doesn't tip over if somebody bumps it.

      FS7 is still going strong. Always tempted to upgrade but for now it’s getting the job done.
      I usually bring a sand bag or two but this was a very fast set up and not a lot of people on set. So I took a chance. Def need to be safer next time. All it takes is one bump.

    Grreat content: Stolis. If it is possible can you please post a video about the audio gear that you are using with your fs7, and why you use it? Thank you in advance!

      Thanks man! My newest video that just went live talks a bit about the audio gear I use. Check it out. Maybe down the line I’ll do one just on audio. Great suggestion!

    How do you travel with the gear? Or do you take only local projects?

    • @Stolishadji
      @Stolishadji  7 месяцев назад

      It’s rare that I get a travel gig. But when I do, I travel as light as possible. Most often I leave the fs7 at home and use the a7iv. All of this depends on the project and budget.

    are you running a lav on the subject as well?

    • @Stolishadji
      @Stolishadji  6 месяцев назад +2

      Yes I am. I always do lav and boom mic. Always do a boom and lav. One of them usually likes to fail or gets messed up. So it’s always good to have backups and redundancies if possible

    You might have covered this but how are you syncing? Clapper, timecode?

    • @Stolishadji
      @Stolishadji  7 месяцев назад +1

      I use a clapper and sync in Adobe Premire. Clients always love when the slate comes out. They feel like they are on a movie set. lol

    How did you get clients to shoot for ?

    • @Stolishadji
      @Stolishadji  6 месяцев назад

      Networking ProductionHub and sites like that.But usually I try and build a great relationship with a client and they keep coming back for more. There’s no right or wrong way to get clients. Just do good work when you are hired and be a nice person. Talent and personality will take you far.
