    Naa ennoda phn la schedule pottu vachuruken akka.. night 11 O' clk automatic ah switch off agidum.. again morng 3:30 ku switch on agidum.. 4 O' clk alarm vachurken..

      இரவில் சுடு தண்ணீரில் குளித்து விட்டு அதன் பிறகு இரவு உணவைச் சாப்பிட்டு விட்டு நித்திரைக்குப் போங்கள். சாப்பாட்டிற்கும் நித்திரைக்குமிடையில் போதிய நேர இடைவெளி இருக்கும்படி பார்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். சுடுதண்ணீர்க்குளியல் உடல் சோர்வை நீக்கும். காலையில் புத்துணர்வோடு எழுந்திருக்கலாம். அளவோடு உண்ணும் போதும் நாங்கள் அதிகாலையில் எழுந்திருக்கலாம். மாப்பொருளை இரவில் தவிர்த்து காய்கறிகளையும் பழத்தையும் உண்பதும் அதிகாலையில் எழுவதற்கு உதவும். இது எல்லாருக்கும் பொருந்துமா எனத் தெரியவில்லை. எனக்கு அதிகாலையில் எழ உதவுகிறது.

    very good topic Lavanya. I always sit in my bed to do all my work. I did not know this was the reason for disturbed sleep.is easy chair ok keeping laptop in bed.pl. suggest some right positions.
