I think people underestimate Tuchel. Yes he’s not a coach you get if you are not ready to back his ideas. Yes he’s not a coach you get when you have a bunch of players that’s won everything or biggest names in the world. When you have a team ready to fight, ready to listen and board ready to back his ideas, he is a tactically astute coach.
I think people get it wrong when they say he’s not a coach that wants to build with young players.
Issue is that Bayern brought him to win the league and champions league and at the same time wanting him to develop young players. Doesn’t work like that, can’t have expectation to win everything and then develop young players. You either want to win now or build for the future but Bayern wants both to happen. He worked quite well with the previous Chelsea board things only broke down when the new Chelsea owners came in and looking at the signings they have made and how they are doing something tells he he had a point.
When the expectations was different with Dortmund, he was quite good and developing players there and getting the best out of them

Glazers with thier branding (alone) style, recruiting team, medical team, injuries, and experienced players who are not given in enough commitment is the problem.
