This is a new environmental friendly heat insulation material which is soft, light, and easy to install.It is layered by aluminum foil and Polyethylene. It has no odor and toxicity. This has good heat insulation with heat radiation blocking properties. Act as very good moisture -barrier.As the name suggests, it is a multilayer film that entraps air within a bubble shaped hemisphere culture of the material.
In scientific terms, this material can be described as a multilayered composite insulation material with the following properties and structure:
Composition and Structure:
Outer Layers: The material features outer layers composed of aluminum foil. Aluminum foil is known for its high reflectivity and low emissivity, contributing to its ability to block radiant heat transfer.
Core Layer: The core of the material is made of polyethylene, a lightweight and flexible polymer. The polyethylene layer is formed into a bubble-shaped structure that traps air within hemispherical cavities.
Properties:
Thermal Insulation: The combination of aluminum foil and air-trapped polyethylene bubbles provides excellent thermal insulation. The aluminum foil reflects infrared radiation, reducing heat transfer by radiation, while the trapped air in the bubbles minimizes heat conduction.
Moisture Barrier: The aluminum foil layers act as an effective moisture barrier, preventing the penetration of water vapor and protecting the material from moisture-induced degradation.
Environmental Safety: The material is non-toxic and odorless, making it safe for use in various applications, including residential and commercial buildings.
Ease of Installation: Its lightweight and flexible nature facilitates easy handling and installation without the need for specialized tools or equipment.
Scientific Description: This eco-friendly thermal insulation material comprises a multilayer assembly of aluminum foil and polyethylene. The aluminum foil layers enhance thermal reflectivity and moisture resistance, while the polyethylene core, with its hemispherical air-filled bubbles, significantly reduces thermal conductivity.
