You should try bangladeshi tradional foods. Mutton biryani can be a good choice. We call it kacchi here. You can also try kala bhuna (Some kind of Beef Curry) with Garlic/Butter Naan. I've watched one of your other videos of the Caribbean/Jamaican foods, and I didn't know you've already had/tried oxtail. My sincere apologies. Were the green plantains sweet? They're either pan-fried or boiled. There are two types of green bananas.

You might get judged but who cares- those people aren’t paying your bills 😂 having a friend or a camera man there to help you would help a lot though.
