I think my mindset finally shifted. What I did was I completely disengaged from my 3D reality. I threw away the old story and started fresh. I still have some negative thoughts here and there but I know I am choosing a new reality and a new version of my SP. Affirming started to feel really easy when I started to create this new reality in my mind. Otherwise, it felt like I was fighting with the 3D every time I would affirm and it would feel like a lot of resistance.
I’ve been feeling similar love how you explained that! I felt fresh the past few days and have had negative thoughts here and there but I don’t emotionally dwell. My SP isn’t answering texts for days but I’m not dwelling all anxious and sad. When I get the negative thoughts I can just move past them, onto my day and then the next time I think about him I regain the positive thoughts and it doesn’t feel obsessive.

Today I went out and I saw a lot of signs regarding my manifestations and now I see this video...I definitely take this as a sign and I will continue to ignore the 3d because I now that I'm the boss💪
