    Created in 1968 by the Bermuda Department of Tourism, "Bermuda the Island Nobody Wanted" describes how Bermuda became one of the most popular resorts, and presents a historical review based on comments by Mark Twain.
    The film was made by F.D. Kay and I.L. Kay and their zoom lens, and written by Don Frifield with help from Mark Twain and was narrated by actor Michael Tolan with Tom Noel as Twain.

Bermuda coastline (1:30). 1609 - Sir George Somers ends up on the reefs due to a violent storm (2:03). Many of his men became ship builders and stayed (2:25). First coin money of Bermuda (2:36). Ancient map of Bermuda (2:53). Only shot ever fired in anger to scare away a Spanish ship (3:15). Britain fortified Bermuda (3:40). Bermuda reefs (3:50).       1609 is when the first known people landed. And 1604 is when the spanish named it.

      @@deontewynn4325 I was born there and I did live there for quite a while before I moved to another near by island chain, Bahariterra, and I live here now... Bermuda was always 24 square miles for the last thousands years since ice age, and will continue to be big, InshAllah.
