BLVD Bistro’s food looks great and that drink the Bartender spoke of has a great combination of ingredients. 🍹 Brunch Harlem looks terrific and the owner impresses with her gratitude! Great restaurant concept. 🏆
The food at BLVD Bistro is decent, but their service is HORRIBLE!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional and the place is poorly managed. It's really sad because it could be a great eatery.
