I've spent most of my life trying to lose that mentality since plant based any diet is so high in pesticides given their treatment for bugs and other pests. So I've been taking loads of collagen which works great for me but I seem to flare up with isolate, even the clean stuff🤷♀️. I wonder if I took enzymes with the isolates if that would help? I try and eat more meat but not growing up on it's hard. Funny too because growing up vegan my mom made some great recipes but all of kids were sick all the time. My mother even became diabetic and died of cancer. This was helpful since I can have endless collagen without any problems so thanks for such helpful information
A reduction of mTOR increases longevity and iso leucine decreases lifespan. So whey protein or BCAA’s should only be used around exercising. It is also speculated that the mitochondria become less effective when countinously being overloaded with BCAA’s.

I too have questions relative to replenishing facial fat pads. Not much out there on the subject, apart from invasive procedures.
