i love your green iguanas, he's beautiful. how old is he now? I have a green iguana, she's 3 years old now, and when I got her she was about the size of the one that you got.
i wish i would of got an iguana from online instead of a pet store cause mine is really wild hes calmer now and i can pick him up without him whiping me but still
HI a good way to get your iguana to eat his greens on his own is to not mix the green withe dry iguana food, Because dry iguana food has someting in it that they really like and if you mix dry iguana food with there greens or you give the iguana a bowl of dry iguana fodd with there greens they will eat the dryiguana food and not eat the green so what I would do is one week do greens and then the next week do dry iguana food and it should work out good that way.
You are so lucky. My iguana that I got from another source doesnt like to be touched, handled, etc. She wont eat out of my hand ever, she , wont let me come near her. You dont by any chance know how to help that, do you?
i know you got yours from LLL reptiles. I was watching your video of unboxing before I got mine. I also ordered mine from LLL reptiles. My iguana is a baby. He/she can't be anymore than a foot long. How did you start to hand feed him. I also have a bearded dragon but I got him a bit older age, so he was easier to hand feed.
How is your iguana I'm getting one today and I've done my research and I have seen that it will be quit a challenge but I am an experienced reptile owner I've had bearded dragons and other lizards but this is my first iguana
I feed mine fruits and she refuses, so the last thing I tried was flowers and she ate one kind of flowers. She eats by her self but the plant is dying and she won't eat anything else.
He's still new :) I think that's rather awesome for only having him a couple/few days.
