I live in Southeast Asia. I can say that I have light medium with neutral to yellow undertone. My skin aint the darkest yet I (most of the times) have to pick the darkest shade of Korean complexion😭

If you flip the pad inside of the cushion foundation upside down you’ll get way more product out of it before needing a refill!

I recently found your channel and binged most of your videos over the last few weeks. Finally made it early to a new one! Theres something so comforting about your videos.
for those wondering if the elf lip oils are rlly that good (since it is a paid promo) they are!! im very picky w/ lip products but these are EASILY my new favourites, so hydrating but not greasy or sticky, great colour, slightly plumping but dont feel tingly (ik some ppl rlly hate that feeling), slightly minty but just in a nice refreshing way rather than an intense way.
highly recommend, i have jam session but i will definitely be getting more of the other shades

When my cushion foundation runs out I take out the cushion and turn it upside down because there is more product underneath the cushion
I really would love it if you would try the Swedish brand Linda Hallberg Cosmetics, it’s one of my absolute faves and I would love to hear your opinion on it! ❤❤
If you feel like you're running out of the product in the cushion, you can pull the spongey cushion out of the compact and just flip it over.
It is a bit messy but you'll find all the product sitting at the bottom of the compact!
When I got married I did my own makeup. I wear makeup everyday but I thought I'd get someone else to do it on the day as my sister in law did for hers. I had a wedding makeup trial and even though the makeup artist did a great job she did it in a different way to how I do it so I looked completely different and I didn't feel or look like me. Which on your wedding day you want to feel your best self. So in the end I ended up doing it myself and my mum did mine and my bridesmaids hair. Plus this saved quite a bit of money!
Just a tip: you should try shaving your face, your foundation will look so much smoother!!😁😁

Something that I found that really works for my brows is just straight up using hair gel, it’s more affordable for me than buying a brow gel and it lasts for the entire day.

Cushion foundations are amazing! Make sure you flip the sponge around, there’s so much product that accumulates underneath because you’re pressing it into the sponge/pan. So it’ll be like a fresh new compact full of product again 😍
Soph, I’ve been loving taking the Laura Mercier with a powder puff any excess powder with the hourglass ambient lighting powder- I do it for all my brides and also just love the way it looks for everyday- love it for all occasions

I really hate when people say "you don't need makeup you are beautiful without it". I know. I'm aware. I'm not doing it to look more beautiful I simply love makeup. The funny part is they can't even tell the difference. You can have a full face of no make up make up but since you don't have a strong eyeshadow or lipstick color they would assume you are bare face lmao.
Eyeliner Recommendation: I use is the Essence pencil liner, the one that's waterproof with 16 hour wear, and I use it to tightline everyday. It doesnt budge and I love it
the elf lip oils are my absolute fave cause you they actually give you a tint (love rose envy), and despite the slight minty taste they didn't irritate!

They are making cosmetics that suit their complexions first and the rest of the world second. So, why are they expected to conform to the 30 to 40 shade ranges that other companies are expected to supply?

I like tinted moisturizer, it’s more forgiving on my dry patches (dermatitis) and I use color pop’s. Gimme that Carmex or chapstick that is in the blue tube, great for winter months and protect the lips. I use concealer I get at dollar general. Can’t recall the brand.

I just use a hairband (what I also use when I wash my face) to not get any makeup or setting spray in my hair or else it would get frizzy. I always use it, when I wash my face because of the same issue. I just bought a pack of 6 on Amazon. They are soft plushy ones with a bow (but I turn the bow to the back of my head because it’s always in the way)
Quick question for the fake tan girlies... I am v similar skin tone to you naturally so when i fake tan I imagine would be similar too. Would you say for the nude sticks cream bronnzer that the bondi bae shade would be a good shade for when you're tanned?
As much as I love a glowing skin but for a wedding you wanna tone it down, because it doesn't look really great on photo, all you will see is a flash on your skin, instead do makeup look that will enhance your features. And I am speaking from experience, tone down the shimmer and highlight

15:57 😂 i actually wear a large sun visor as a headband right on my hairline while i do my makeup and use setting spray! Looks silly but i hate getting any in my hair and that protects it. Plus i dont like regular headbands etc because i have fine short curly hair and those always flattened my hair, but the visor does not. 👍🧡👍🧡
Tip for your setting spray: either put your hood up from your hoodie or use your dressing gown hood if you have one. I usually put my hood over my hair and pull it tight at the back so it’s lined up right on your forehead. Is Givenchy a Korean brand?

12:00 max factor has similar eyeshadow palettes though they're not as pigmented as revolution ones so primer maybe required

4:09 i got a dupe of that sponge (in fact mine may be a bit thicker) but i feel like it removes so much coverage from my bb cream but it looks like my skin but better. so im torn a little bit. i dont feel like it soaks up the product but it definitely grabs onto the pigment a lot. maybe i should become a foundation girlie idk
To protect your hair, I just wrap a bandana in half around a headband and stick it on. You can sew it if you want a more permanent version!

i usually wear a bandana to keep my hair out of my face when i’m doing my makeup but maybe you could use one to protect your hair from the setting spray.
