Do you think you could make an informative video about buying unimproved land with no existing structures and the whole process involved? Like land loans, due diligence, etc?
This video just makes me sad. As someone who grew up in Winter Park, every time I go back home and visit my parents, another house with so much character (and not to mention a family’s memories) has been torn down for some modern looking monster that doesn’t fit with the OG neighborhood. Glorifying teardowns of perfectly good homes… it’s not what WP/Orlando is about.
What does it take? It takes people that do not care about Winter Park and Orlando, someone that doesn’t care about history. So glad to have y’all here destroying the Orlando we all have loved our whole lives. Continue destroying all of the charm so you can add your “massive” McMansions.
These are walkable neighborhoods, a few decades late but glad we are on the right track!

*"stick built"* or *"custom framing"* but no "custom builds" in orlando or all of usa as a build project using massive number of workers anyways
