I use medium heat, low speed for my curls, but I have really really fluffy hair so it can't handle more than the low airflow haha! I love this dryer though-it works so well on my curls! I generally use the higher heat with heat protectant because it goes faster, limits the frizz I get, and I figure i'm not causing too much heat damage because I only use it every other day or so!! do you have any tips for keeping my curly hair lasting longer?? It always floofs out by the second day and becomes a messy nest that I need to refresh-if I could make it last maybe three days I'd be super thrilled! Less heat damage haha!

As far as limiting frizz, the best way that I have found to keep my hair frizz free for a whole week is to add a product with hold. My favorite right now is the Not Your Mothers Curl Talk Mousse! I have a full review of that line on my channel as well.
