Tashay Shanelle Nothing now.. Her makeup used to be funeral home chic.. They were giving her the most flattest, dead looking face ever.. I don't think they knew how to highlight a darker woman. This season was much better (there have been a few letdowns though)
I feel Adrienne was right. He didn't have to embarrass the girl like that. It's a wedding, everyone is feeling the love, why show up? For the open bar? All he had to do was entertain it, not just for the girlfriend but the bride and groom also. Unless she knows that's his personality and he came back soon after and they all had a laugh, I think it was messed up.

My sister omitted this part from her wedding completely, because she knew I would be one of the few (if not the only) single woman at her wedding. She didn't want to make it an uncomfortable experience for me so she decided not to do it. I love her for that. 😊❤

Tbh she is keeping it real, you would be surprised how many people do it but cover it up, especially from the hood. I knew one mom and daughter in my old building I was shocked to see they would keep the bathroom door wide open for #1 or #2 and not wash their hands ever, when I brought it up they had the nerve to get offended!

Whether there's more men and women, it's also an odd explanation for why there's more women who do the bouquet than men who do the garter. Like why would the global percentage of men or women have to be equal to the amount of men and women in every party...?

The garter tradition has always disturbed me. Even as a kid seeing my parents' wedding tapes, I felt that way, because of the next part of it where the guy who caught the garter putting in on the thigh of the woman who caught the bouquet. There is no way in hell I am continuing that tradition. I don't want my girl friends to feel weird having some random guy touching their thighs. In fact, on my parents' tape, the crowd urged the guy to go higher and higher up the woman's leg, and her father actually intervened. Of course, this being 1990, it was all laughed off, bit that is weird and gross, and I don't want it 😖😖😖

*I know someone who stood in the group of 3 (very small wedding); she caught the bouquet to avoid being hit; and she seriously gave the bouquet away.
*In another wedding, the same woman purposefully sidestepped the bouquet.
*After that, she'd stay in her seat despite folks nagging (some bullying) her to get into the bouquet catching group. She respectfully stood her ground.

I really wish that catching the bouquet at a wedding really did mean I was getting married. I have caught the bouquet TWICE in my life...first time I caught it, I got back together with my great love, and then, I caught the bouquet again and we had an unexpected beautiful surpirse: baby girl but here I am...marriageless AND my great love recently abandoned us too so, definetely not a lucky bouquet catcher! Way to go Tamera!
