YES!!! I have it and it gets into the red blood cells and eats them up! I have to take iron supplements, organic Beef organ capsules, certain B vitamins, etc.
My head felt like there was one of those magic 8 balls that roll around inside my brain.
I have every symptom of anemia and low iron.
