We're a tiny team so we believed it best to focus on a quality single player experience with story elements and dynamic events. So no but we have community management and AI companions to balance it out. =)
@@revelationgames6215 Lost so many people at single player, you're already just using assets purchased off the marketplace, might as well get the one that integrates coop.
Nothing changes except there is a second person+ No need to go down the dedicated servers path lol

Is it story driven? Or you can create your own character?
It has a story mode but also a survival mode where you can select from a selection of pre-made characters for one that works best for you. We'll have that feature in later builds.

It won't be interesting if there are no deep detailed damages to human body parts and various consequences from them, like in Project Zomboid . There are already a lot of simplified zombie games.

Hah these are very hard games to make. We're currently at 2.5 years into it and expect another 2-3 years to complete the full vision. So maybe 5 years or so for us.

Right now it's bandits and the player. factions and friendly NPC's are coming a bit down the line. =)

We're not a zombie game but more focused on something like the long dark meets the division or deadside.
But it will have lots of survival systems, depth and replayability in survival mode. Not to mention the state of decay like base building system & community management with the perk of a story mode coming towards the end.

Don't knock it until you try it. They are death if not prepared lol. And they are faster than the player. =)

Just some bits of suggestions;
A slight screen shake would sell the impact of melee hits like in No Rest for the Wicked. A crack or a splat sound effect to tell the player if the enemy is dead or if you landed a critical hit like in Project Zomboid.
Special infected/zombies during night time would introduce some tension when it's dark outside, just like in Dying Light. Faster and stronger or just an entirely new enemy. Perhaps zombies playing possum like in the early RE games?
Also please do weather effects. Fighting zombies at night in the middle of a rainstorm is just pure cinema.
I hate screen shakes, always turn them off
I think it might be better if say when the character is hit and staggers that the staggering is then off center focus of the camera following. Then the camera moves to the final staggered animation location.
Release on Xbox. We miss this kind of game...
