We need to bring down the management fee to under 1%. I pay 0.04% management fee in many of my investment funds in Canada that pay me 14-20% dividends. 2% is corruption. They're taking too much of the funds. If they break even in some years, the fund is basically losing money in those years. It will slow the growth of the fund.
In other countries like Singapore these investments are from their surplus budget not canibalized bank assets..and then let bank find a way to fill the void..ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES
