Something is wrong with the facts regarding sa reserves or savings fund ng Philhealth. Ibat iba ang numbers na lumalabas, may 600 may 400 billion. Ang also may report na hinde siya savings pero reserve fund which is kailangan magkaron considering na insurance company ang Philhealth. And there was a COA report for 2023 financial statement saying it has a negative equity.

please please STOP saying Philhealth has Savings or Surplus Funds. please make an effort to ask an accountant that you know to look at Philhealth's Financial Balance Sheet and explain to you in simple terms LIABILITY VS ASSETS (acid test). NEGATIVE or BANKRUPT po ang Philhealth. Do not add confusion to this terrible performance of PBBM .
