Blocking is useless. Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue Pt.4

So...you're telling me they give you the ability to block special attacks. But it takes 7 years to activate and by that time the move has already hit you? You know, this is just the level of jank I expected from an N64 game. The devs really nailed it!
