The source of low self-esteem can be hidden in the last room you would revisit again later in life. Do you blame me for putting my priorities in a certain order?
He's still an American by birth, nothing can change that.
This is a speech, all efforts should be made for the sound quality to be as good as possible. Video is not as important. Unfortunatelly sound is quite, blurred and full of echoes which makes it much harder to understand it and requires attention and active focus to just catch the words instead of actually understanding them. :/ Like and dislike from me
Has Rabbi Twerski even done Teshuva for his own sins. He wrote a book back in 1993 called I am I in which he blames problems on "low self esteem". Rather then criticize the bully he claims it is "your fault" because you are "letting" then take advantage of you. That is very bad and dangerous advice. If someone stronger is picking on you and you "respond" it may escalate. In my own case I had a family that always picked on me but having "self esteem" didn't solve my problems in the slightest. It just made me have to go to therapist to label me as having a personality disorder. Didn't help my situation at all only created a situation where my family wanted me out of the house as soon as possible. Rabbi Twerski should do Tehusva for his bad advice and taking the side of the person doing the mistreatment rather then the person who is the real victim. But in this book he basically blaming you the victim for low self esteem. It shows a complete lack of understanding interpersonal relationships.

Twerski: Hey, don't smoke, don't watch pornography.
People like whoa, what a sage.
