Quick note on my experience with battery life that I should have clarified. I would take the watch off my charger at 9pm then sleep with it and use it throughout the next day til about 8pm where I would then charge it. I typically use it for notifications and to track a workout during the day. By the end of the day at 8pm it would be at 0-10%. I know at one point you could buy refurbished apple watches with a new battery on apple's website, but as of writing they stopped that.
Heads up for the readers; the Series 9 doesn't have a blood oxygen sensor anymore due to the ban. So, that's one less advantage to the Series 9 vs the SE 2
One more note on the Apple Watch 9 vs. the SE 2. That is Apple watch 9 has 64 GB storage and the Apple Watch SE 2 only has 32GB storage. You need to think about that as well. Also the screen size is slightly smaller on the Apple Watch 9 then to the Apple Watch SE 2.

You may have do-not disturb or something on. You could also open your apple watch app on your iPhone and then tap notifications near the top of the settings page.

There is just the 2020 apple watch SE and the 2022 apple watch SE. Some companies will list it as 2023, ect. to make customer's know its the latest version.
I don't know what the brand is called. I just searched up leather watch band on Amazon and saw this for $30. It is starting to deteriorate on the inside part, but the outside has held up well.

I got my Apple Watch Series 7 41mm brand new on eBay with cellular for $319 in green.

@@fredreed2001I use the watch as a watch not as a phone. 32gb is enough for me, screen size also doesn't matter as long as I can read the time.
