- The conversation around the best #entry-level #fountainpen never ceases. Just when you think it has been settled for good, comes yet another new comer with a chest-ful of questions and the guardians of the fountain pen and #ink universe jump into the fray with renewed vigour. Not that I don’t enjoy the conversations, some of the suggestions are indeed enlightening, but over time they do tend to drag a bit. Just a bit, no more.
The #ClickAristocrat is one good fountain pen that has a lot going for it and instead of being pompous so as to say “I #recommend it”, what I will say is that I use it all the time. Yes, one or the other #Click #Aristocrat is always there in my list of daily carry pens and I simply adore the pens.
For one they are a delight to #write with. They are just the #rightsize to fit into my #shirtpocket, blend into my #grip effortlessly and are well #balanced apart from being not too heavy. In simple words, it means that the Click Aristocrat is a pen that does not burden the hand with unnecessary weight, nor is it unwieldly. To say that even more simply would be to sat that the Click Aristocrat is a delight to write with. Period. This is especially true, if one happens to be one who earns his living by writing, like me. We write miles and yes, the weight and the size and the grip and the balance make a hell of a lot of difference to us.
The Aristocrat pens come with a variety of #niboptions - #Fine, #Medium, #Broad, #Flex & #ExtraFine - to address the particular needs of different people. I am normally a Fine nib user but I do possess pens with the other variety of nibs, as on an impulse, I am often tempted to write with a #flourish, or spend hours playing with the flex nibbed pens, trying to perfect my #writingangle or the putting of #pressure to get just the right amount of #linevariations. Trust me, it is a strangely spiritual feeling.
They, the Click Aristocrats come in a variety of #colours which are enough to attract the eyeballs of everyone. While there are the ones who prefer the standard Blacks, there are an equal number of aficionados who are swayed by the shocking pink and the bottle green, or even the pure white. Honestly speaking, despite them being very easy on the pocket, the Click Aristocrats have a very regal look and are pretty presentable visually, almost matching their ability as performers. Besides, the Click Aristocrats come with #ThreeInOne #fillingoptions - they can be used as #EyedropperFillers or can be used with #Cartridges or #Converters! That I guess, is what provides the Click Aristocrat with the win-win edge that they have over the competition.
Being proudly #MadeinIndia - yes, the Aristocrat was conceived, designed and created from scratch here in #India is what provides it with a distinct edge and being the #Swadeshi minded dude that I am, I could just blindly put my bets on the Click Aristocrat for this reason alone. There is another very compelling reason to back the Aristocrat - its price. At the #price point at which Click makes the Aristocrat available to the market, it is just a steal. In other words, the Click Aristocrat provides value for money - bang for your every single buck.
Now a few words about the #manufacturers, Click. Based in #Indore, Click is run by third generation entrepreneurs The #Gagwanis have been working as #OEM’s to a number of overseas brands and have over the last many decades built up an enviable reputation around the brand. Click pens are regularly #exported to a number of countries, including the #UnitedStates, where they are very well appreciated.
What pen to buy you ask? Start with a Click Aristocrat. You cannot possibly go wrong. They are sturdy, robust and strong enough to withstand the rigours of a first-time user putting them through the motions and are reasonably priced not to bring the sky down if they are destroyed by damned users or are misplaced or even otherwise compromised.
