Though my mom stood her ground and still remain faithful to her marriage..
He had anger issues... And always lay curses on me his first Son..
But Thank God... TODAY they are happy together.. I consciously worked on myself not to have abusive relationship... Now i am Happliy Married and hopefully God helping me till the end of time. Amen

Watch this and was filled with tears. What you don't forgive you become. I was so defensive with it comes to relating with men just because of what my aunts husband was treating her. It took a lot of counselling and prayer sessions on my part to let go of the pain of the past and now I can proudly say am free. Thank God I traced the bitterness I had and seek for solutions. Amen. That brutal behaviour is many times a learned response to frustration and anger observed in the home. Also in many societies women are not regarded or valued as human beings, so are mistreated, abused and even killed with no family or legal repercussions. Thank God for your ministry. Before getting married be it for both men and women deliverance is necessary for nothing parties. It is unwise for both parties to enter into a marriage with baggages from the past, and bloodline generational curses, marriage won't heal or deliver you from these things; part of preparing for marriage as a single, is going through deliverance sessions.
This is exactly what I was discussing with a friend recently. No man is raised in vacuum.

This is an emotional and insightful skit.
I've been ruminating over the cause of abusive relationships for a while now and this skit just confirmed my thoughts.
The truth is that most times these people don't realize how much of a "monster" they've become. Some really don't want to be abusive but find themselves being abusive due to some unhealed wounds and overlooked pains.
You become what you don't forgive and actions are to be watched and corrected by the help of God.
Man is always man and vulnerable but God is an expert in mending, rebuilding and bringing perfect beaty out of ashes.
Giving room for healing of past hurts and letting go of haboured bitterness isn't easy but it's worth it and God is always ready to help.

Truly, abusers are hunted by their past. Children are innocent and are like sponge soaking up all our behaviors with no filter. Yet Many believers are still trapped in abusive relationships and always say the abusers apologies sincerely with the promise of not repeating the actions, unfortunately some don’t live to share the experience. Watching this made me tear up…..recently was in a situation like this. I’ve not completely moved on but I’ve decided to yield to the Holy Spirit for healing cause left for me I’d rather not ever to speak to the person again but since I know God requires us to forgive just as he forgives us, it’s very difficult but I’ve asked him to help me since I can’t do it myself and I believe I will definitely heal from it with the help of the Holy Spirit.

You needs deliverance from your past life God can deliver you from your past hurts very sad so many marriage is in tatters because of abuse. Men whatever you went through in early life get counciling and prayers ask the lord to eradicate all the pains hurts of your pass so that when you get married you won’t bring your past in your marriage and you will love your wife insted of hurting her. Great message as usual but why is the focus only on physical abuse?
Verbal, emotional and psychological abuse is as bad.
Science has discovered that these types of abuse triggers the same pain receptors in the body as physical abuse.
Am currently in this type of abusive marriage and I've been psychologically damaged to the point of considering suicide but as a Christian I know if I take that route it'll be hell straight and I don’t want to go hell so am still here enduring. The Bible have this to say as well;
Thoughtless words can wound as deeply as any sword, but wisely spoken words can heal. Pro.12:18.
Don't stay and continue to endure emotional trauma that can lead to suicide. Seek couple counseling and if he refuses get it for yourself and consider a separation.
With physical abuse it is seen but there is lots of them like what you have mentioned above; teach us on the others too. Thank you for all that you do. God bless.
