That last hack is commonly known as "blousing" It's seen often in military uniforms and that's one way of accomplishing the look. In that arena it serves two purposes, it keeps you from walking on your pantleg cuffs and in field environments helps seal off your legs from creepy crawlies. So next time you're in the wilderness and want to keep the ticks out maybe?

With the "dress hack" if you could even call it that, it would be sooo much easier just to bring a bag of spare clothes to every party, and then if you forget... just suck it up buttercup.
Lol! Sam they use very stretchy, loose beach or yoga type pants for the hack. I've seen other youtubers try this hack as well with okay results . But you had me dying with trying to figure out the logics.

I use the 3 hack weekly for civil air patrol to make my Army pants smaller! So I can tell you it works.
The last hack the military does everyday when wearing utility uniforms (camouflage uniforms). Helps prevent things going up the pant leg, and prevents you from tripping.
The cuffed pants would look better with loose jeans.

That rubberband one for jeans is so useless... I just fold to the extra fabric to the inside and works just fine😂😂 U definitely don't need a rubberband to do it
(I do this cause I'm too lazy to cut and sew my jeans. I'm short but I have thick thighs... Find jeans that is perfect is an issue here lol)

So I feel like the woman in question wearing her pants as a dress is wearing Gouchos... the only reason I know that term is beccause I dated a girl who was OBSESSED with wearing them. Every pair of pants she owned were gouchos.
