Thankyou so much Shayam Sir of comprehensive discussion on UPS and for analysing the difference between existing pension schemes and new one. I was waiting for your video. Thanks a lot again Sir.
I have a query.. The 10% deduction from salary will continue in ups or not? If yes.. will I get that money at the time of retirement. And how much will I get if my service period is of 35 years. And nps contribution these days is 6990 RS from my salary
*Sir I think you missed a point an employee has paid huge number of indirect tax during his service , govt keep on looting employees tor many years ,what about that's injustice*
Sir I have two questions 1st-what will happen to the contribution that employee ie.10% and 18.5% that will be provided by government and where it is going to be invested? 2nd-does government employee will receive any lumpum amount at superannuation like nps(60%) they get?
1 Answer - Contribution by both employees and government will be invested in share market in both primary and secondary market. This is the reason in NPS, returns are variable and linked with market volatility. But in case of UPS, government will bear the brunt of losses. That's why government is forecasting approximately around ₹7,000 crore burden of tax payer money upon implementation of UPS in very first year. 2 Answer - Yes, government employees will get a lump sum amount upon superannuation and rest annuity amount will be invested by government in the market. The only difference in UPS is that irrespective of returns from annuity amount, employees under this scheme will get fixed return. Thankyou.
@@SaurabhKumar-rq7we But ....through UPS govt is giving assured pension of 50% of 12yr avg of basic salary.....so upon superannuation a lump sum of that amt itself will be given....and there is no division into annuity amt over here....!!
Apart from knowledge what I understand is that the Indian economy is in danger ⚠️⚡ 😮 within in short time some states like West Bengal , Himachal Pradesh , Rajasthan, Punjab , which are following OPS system are going to witness a economic crises like srilanka. Subsequently it leads to imposing the Financial emergency in India 😢😢 India need NPS system 🙏 no to OPS & UPS
