Dude please first of all Rayquaza is bound not to use his signature move cause ultra necrozma's body temperature is a whole 5,540 degrees Celsius. If Rayquaza uses any other dragon type move it will have hardly any effect if Necrozma's in base form. It's ability prism armour would reduce the super effective hits and if its in ultra form it still can't get more of a damage. And in mega form Rayquaza's speed is 115 while ultra necrozma's speed is a whole 129 you can easily see the difference. And Rayquaza even if it hits ultra necrozma with Dragon Accent by chance, by chance still it won't be that effective but if necrozma fires prismatic laser and photon geyser in a row then RIP Rayquaza cause Dragon Accent power is 120 while prismatic laser is 160 and photon geyser 100 so the total damage given is a whole 260. But everyone has their own opinion so I don't blame you.

Against a fire type like groudon or a water type like kyogre rayquaza has a really good chance and even mewtwo will take some struggle to beat it or even get beaten but necrozma is both a psychic and a dragon type and a dragon ascent is one of the strongest signature moves in the pokemon world but it only works if it made contact, but if necrozma uses a psychic type move or uses its speed to dodge it then rayquaza will just run out of stamina and then necrozma will use that moment to its advantage.

And in mega form Rayquaza's speed is 115 while ultra necrozma's speed is a whole 129 you can easily see the difference. And Rayquaza even if it hits ultra necrozma with Dragon Accent by chance, by chance still it won't be that effective but if necrozma fires prismatic laser and photon geyser in a row then RIP Rayquaza cause Dragon Accent power is 120 while prismatic laser is 160 and photon geyser 100 so the total damage given is a whole 260.
