The question to ask is, would each be a better player if they swapped eras? Iverson would average 50+ these days. Could you say the same about Kyrie if he played in AI's era?
AI is not averaging 50+ in this era you are stupid for even saying that. In this area AI would struggle to average 20 whilst Kyrie still easily carries over his current production to the old era
@@fornow753 Kyrie would be lucky to hit double figures in AIs era, champ. They played this thing called defence when AI played, and, Kyrie would've only ever gone into the paint the one time before he'd have found out that little boys don't venture where the big boys ply their craft.

I finally can agree with SAS on the point that AI never had another Star playing along with him nor a reliable supporting cast. @@KenpoKid77 Being reliable by showing up in games and being reliable in being a good player all throughout are two different things. Skill-wise he doesn't have a lot of it yeah he can handle the ball well but he's a horrible scorer you can check his advance shooting stats the only thing he didn't shoot horribly in his career was the freethrow he's dreadful at close range, midrange, deep 2s and 3s he basically can't shoot at all, he's also an overrated defender all his steals came from gambling on the passing lane more importantly he doesn't like passing the ball. He can't score he only rely on shot attempts and he doesn't belong on the same planet in terms of talent with kyrie. This debate is disrespectful to kyrie.
AI is incredible, he sort of re-defined efficiency, he's not making a high shooting percentage, but he's scoring like crazy and his team wins when he scores.

@Sorrow City Bandit but lossed the game
@John Mohri You don't just "barely get" Jordan. True - Jordan almost got back to it, but the key thing here is ALMOST. He would've gotten back to that shot on any other player. AI had to execute that to perfection, or else it wouldn't have worked. Jordan is one of the best perimeter and on-ball defenders of all time. He made 1st-team All-Defense 9 times. Kyrie has never even been on the court with someone of that defensive pedigree. If he had been the one trying that on MJ, it would've been a strip and a turnover, or a block and a fast break. Iverson crossing Jordan and Kyrie breaking Delon Wright's ankles just aren't quite the same thing.
@@readingisfundamental5996 I believe you mean "losed".
LOL - you have the singular most ironic username of anyone on the internet. The correct spelling is "lost". Hilarious.
AI is better

How do you have heart when you aint practicing with the team? Yes were talking about practice.
kyrie hit a game winner in game 7 of the finals
@@01shan001 before Lebron went back to Cleveland Kyrie was the man what were his accomplishments??? Kyrie is a good player but he will never be in same level Ai was.. took a team to the Finals where the 2nd best scorer averaged 10ppg. Kyrie didn’t even make the playoffs before Bron came along and others super stars
@@tito.dre3265 facts of life
Kyrie can't play defense like iverson can't be a leader kyrie will always be da passenger seat driver to everyone on his team while AI will lead da team and we talking bout practice that man should be able to do what he want as long as he stayed loyal to date franchise carrying them on his back every year knowing he gone lose so please shut up bout kyrie cuz we all know if kyriee would have missed that shot lebron or Love would got da board and 1 of them would have made it while didn't have day luxury
I came back 2 years later and read some comments!! And it's still AI...
Iverson's favorite player ever: MJ
Kyrie's favorite player ever: His dad then Kobe
So?
Exactly
What tf that has to do with anything
Ok...
?
Did Kyrie play in an era where they played defense like Allen Iverson did? Just imagine what A.I. would do today.
He trash thooo 🤮🤮🤮 He got zero rings, PERIODDDD

Man this isn't even up for Debate. Allen Iverson was and still is in a class of his own.
