Research is the key. The more you do the better your travels.
Keep the rubber on the road and safe travels.
Thanks Brian!
As a full timer we also use KOA a bunch. We like them for a ton of reasons including large pull through sites for our big rig. If in doubt I will go on google maps and can measure the sites at a particular RV park to see how much room they have. Finally, the tip of calling the park is a very good one. I have had great success in calling and generally the staff at the park are very helpful.
Thanks for the info Cory! I too found most staff at Rv Parks are great, helpful folks!

We're starting our full time adventure in mid '23 and are going to deal with the challenge of locating facilities all over this amazing country of ours that will accomadate our 45' Class A w/24' Stacker. Would like to hear more on this topic and the challenge of finding 75' + pull through sites. I'm compiling a list by state, would you consider sharing your list of camp grounds you've experienced with RV sites that can accommodate big rigs, specifically, class A motorhomes towing trailers? Love the channel BTW!
Awesome John! Sound like a nice set up you have my friend. Hey, can you shoot me an email at Tollesonlife@gmail.com Be glad to shoot over some info.
Good recommendation, Campendium

Great video guys with great information! We Full Time in a 41’ Fifth Wheel and need to plan our routes and camping carefully. Thanks for sharing, Paul & Magen
Awesome guys! Safe travels this summer!!
Retiring in July. The plan is Full time living in RV staring in mid 2024. I am in sponge mode right now. The thing that is hard for me to find info on is Towing our vehicle. We are wanting to keep our BMW but does not seem to be possible to flat tow so looking at trailers. Questions I would have are: How did you pick your trailer? Tifton all the way but do I need to consider HP/Torque of the standard 40'+ Coach? I too have a Harley and would be awesome to have a long for the ride but a little intimidated by a 27" trailer like you guys. Can you give me your thoughts and what questions should I be asking?
Hey Chris, sorry I missed your comment. You could look at an open (flat) trailer, put the bike cross way in the front and then load the car. That would help you get a shorter trailer and less weight on the rear axel. As long as the RV has at least a 380hp you should be fine. Friends of ours have a set up like ours and their 380 does very well. Hope that helps. Any thing else I can help with shoot me an email at Tollesonlife@gmail.com
I’ve been RVing in a 40ft plus a Jeep setup for 15 yrs. I must say when pulling my Jeep and finding a site is very difficult if you wait. My RV trips are planned about a year in advance. Many campground don’t have many pull thru sites for 55+ pulling and not unhooking.
This summer trip was planned last July. 5 weeks to Yellowstone and back to Pennsylvania. All my sites I reserved will allow me not to unhook except where we are planning 2- 3 days stays, then it doesn’t matter. Also, many campgrounds are scratched off the list because they don’t have a site large enough even for a 43 ft motorhome. Some campgrounds only have 1 or 2 sites so you need to plan ahead.
Thanks for sharing Horizon 42Q! I agree with you, planning ahead is always helpful in these large rigs.
Two beautiful women with intelligence and Good English amazing lol 😍
Thanks Joe!
Great video as usual. I was wondering do you ever regret being relegated to using commercial campgrounds because of your size, and not being able to camp in state parks or national parks?
No, not yet Harley 92. We would like to hit some of those parks, just can't do it now, but maybe later when we scale down. Thanks for watching.
if your rig is 70 feet how do you visit California?
Hey Stacy, we are 5 feet over length in some states and ok in others. Haven't had any issues.
How is the cost of diesel for those big rigs? Thank you Beijing Biden.
Expensive Rich!
Great information!
Thanks Matt!
