Isnt it better to do median and not averages bc averages can be more easily skewed

We will be moving to Atlanta from India. My kid is an American citizen but studied in India. He will be completing his grade 9 in India this academic year. Can you please let me know how to approach the school for joining him for grade 10.

I didn't use Midtown at the time because it was rated 7/10 on great schools. It's one of the best in city Atlanta though for sure.

For the most expensive area, Milton High School sure is ugly.
