I am very unlucky for this creeper I guess...... Bcoz I put them in pots around 3yrs ago..... And it is not spreaded as expected.... I mean it's as it is.... And it died in bw...... But I kept on giving water.... It came back..... But never grew ahead of the original bought position 😭😭😭

Probably need to upgrade your pot to a bigger size.. Add coco peat and other fertilisers.. :)
