Jack is always threatening Shane to take that inhaler from or put him in a coma. That one of the most serious threat and violent thing to say to him. Jack is messed up in the head
What nasty Jack did to kind-hearted Shane is just as bad as what his father Todd, Zach, and Powell did to Marty. Shane even considered taking his own life as a result of Jack's bullying.
