I broke my Root Slayer in the exact same place. Send them an email, a picture of the damage, and a copy of the reciept then two days later boom new shovel was delivered
@@ohiofarmhunter3301 just above the digger end where the inner rod ends. Cut a plug cut a root went to pry out the plug and it bent i didn't put that much force on it. I have a old ace hardware small spade shovel I have had 8 years never an issue. I'm going to eventually do a review video. I contacted Garrett and whites customer service no help at all.

I have a root slayer and a lesche. I like them both. Good to know about the warranty 👍. Can’t wait till it warms up so I can get diggin.

They told me they were out if stock but still got on in two days.
I have a Little Digger, the handle is about to go on it but I’ve abused it for about three years!
I used one for awhile passed it on to a friend

They look like they have a good weld I've not used it yet get back with you.
Whites ground hawg is garbage and no warranty. My handle bent first plug. Customer service said no warranty and to get a welder to fix it.
Where did it bend on the handle? The grip area or by the shaft
