Any videos on AB 1766? Not much on youtube and google is confusing me me two dates 2024 and 2027.
@krayzmitchell: AB 1776 is a bill introduced in California that seeks to establish year-round standard time in the state1. Proposition 7, an initiative measure approved by the voters at the November 6, 2018, statewide general election, sets the standard time for California and sets daylight saving time to begin each March and end each November1. AB 1776 also includes provisions for undocumented Californians to obtain a State ID2, and for Resource Conservation Districts to receive late payment penalties when a state fails to make payment for goods and services to an RCD pursuant to a contract3. The bill also seeks to clarify the definition of "disposal" of hazardous waste4
@@GrayLawTV Thanks for responding 🙏🏽but I was asking about AB 1766 and not 1767. I think it’s called ID for all or something like that. When I google it some of the resource’s claim January 2024 and the others claim it’s by 2027 but could be before.
traveled to the us for the first time last
January but i was deported from the airport because my i20 was cancelled by the university for a little misunderstanding between us. And i started asylum process because i thought mental fear counts as asylum. I immediately cancelled it after i knew the real meaning of asylum at the same hour. i had to stay in the us for 3. I returned home with a revoked visa and a 5 year ban. BUT the immigration officer said that he gave me a waiver But the immigration officer told me to talk to the university to send me another 20 and I did. They sent me another valid i20 and I studied the spring semester online from my country. I have all documents to prove what i say is true. What should i do in my next interview in the embassy. The university said that they will write a strong letter to the embassy to prove that i have real intentions of studying because ive been studying online now. Do you think this will help?
so is it that the schedule A occupation need an employer to file petition? what type visa will this be eb2 or eb3? i have bsc and msc in computer science. currently a systems analyst with 10plus years of programming experience . i am unfortunately not extraordinary enough for O1 or eb1 .can you advise
why is it delay for the visa to UK as a dependent
My humble question is , can I take the translator even I can speak English nicely?
Main reason is some times I can't properly understand the American accent.
So to avoid any misunderstanding, can I take translator at the time of Visa interview for B2 visa interview?
Please advise me.
@mruga, just relax and if you dont understand a question, politely ask the officer to restate the question. It is better if you go alone if you speak english!
