My kids case PD was March 2023 and they were DQ on January 2024 in Ghana for ir2 when can they get interview date am dying of not being with them

You need the approval of the H visa first. you can apply march of 2025. if chosen and approved, this is when you file for an appointment at the US consulate at which time you file for the waiver.
Hello Mr. Gary. Please i hope you find space to answer my question. I'm applying for a green card as a widower to a US citizen (IW-1 visa). Even though my spouse is deceased, my ceac portal says i have to file as a substitute sponsor. I don't meet the requirements since am applying from outside the United States. What do i do know Sir?
