Pick a teams that suits your style, once you know what your style of play is which is the really hard bit. Once you find the one you like the most stick with it till you know it's strengths weaknesses, you should also do the same for the other teams so you can exploit their weak spots. A guy who calls himself 'the sage' has done some great short vids on each team, look them up on RUclips. It is called Blood Bowl 2 - a great board game that was made into a pretty good computer game :-) I just suck at it.
