Excellent gameplay. Realistic human enemy AI. Grounded realistic movement (pun intended). The WLF and Seraphites were awesome antagonistic factions with good stories. Terrible and idiotic main story told on purpose where almost everyone acts irrationally on purpose. Thank you for showing these landmarks though. This makes me want to actually visit Seattle Washington.
Thanks for watching, I'm happy that fans of the game are tuning in! The game is very accurate to real life, I wish I had more time so I could have visited the other areas👍

Your being an aficionado of the game, it must have been so satisfying for you to see these locations in person. At least you didn’t have to run from the clickers.
Mate thankyou so much for this one man. Im a huge lous fan from london, one day I wanna go out there to Seattle just for that I had an experience like no other playing lous 2 so this vid heighten my interest even more 👊👊
@LeoJr_ Your welcome mate, I appreciate you watching the video, I had a blast making this one and really happy fans of the game such as yourself are watching. It's actually part of a big trip I had with my wife, there's 2 more seattle videos but they are just travel vlogs and not TLOU themed😁
I live in Southern California and had to drive up to Santa Barbara last year. I took a slight detour to the Amtrak station on State Street and was astonished that the Santa Barbara level is an almost replica of how it appears in real life as well. They took a few liberties with the final hotel level but the actual city portion of Santa Barbara is just uncannily similar, same as what you’ve shown here in Seattle.
Yeah I noticed that too, I actually went to Santa Barbara but before the game came out! Which is a shame or I would have delved into that too😁 Thanks for watching 👍
Can very clearly see this was a labour of love from the amount of effort that went into this. From one TLOU fan to another, many thanks for putting this together!
Attention to detail describes your vlogs as well. Nice job, Nicky. I'm not a gamer but this kept my interest. I especially liked Claire's reoccurring walk in front of you with her weapons pack.😉
@poolnoodle9309 Ha! We were going in there anyway and glad I did as it's one of my favourite parts of the video. I also don't think a lot of people realise that the Pacific Place mall is laid out the same either.
This is some great editing! Fab to see the game footage of some places we’d been on our trip last year. It’s cool how the game designers get it so accurate. Looking forward to season 2 of the tv series coming out to see what they do with it.
Didn't expect to see you here Sunley! Thanks for dropping by, thought you would just skip straight past this one😁 Enjoyed putting this one together Many more places I could have visited if I had time!

TLOU is the best game ever. I dint know just how much attention to detail they did with copying the actual Seattle infrastructure.... Mind Blown.... Great Vid, Thanks.
I'm originally from Seattle, and when I first played TLOU2 and saw that they got the bus/train livery correct, I knew they took attention to detail seriously
I'm completely blown away by this video Nicky and I know absolutely nothing about the game. You have a true talent for storytelling, what a gift this video is for hard-core fans like yourself!🤘
Very cool. Thanks for putting this video together. I wanna go to Seattle one day and visit all those locations. I was in Alberta, Canada last year and visited a lot of the locations they filmed the TV show at. That was also an amazing experience, to see all the streets and buildings they walked past in the show.
Thanks for watching! I wouldnt mind going up there myself sometime! This trip I ended in Vancouver and actually came across a set for season 2 at Hollow tree in Stanley park.
Amazing video! Thank you for spending the time. Wow. I played it once in 2020, then visited Seattle a couple years later and, sitting on the Ferris wheel, my daughter reminded me that it took place here. I got all excited and have played it over and over since. I love the game.
We went on the ferris wheel too! I was only there in Seattle a couple of days but I just had to male this video, thanks for checking it out! I've played the game many times too😁
It’s incredible seeing it in real life vs the game, it’s amazing seeing what it would look like if it was deserted. The attention to detail is brilliant. Must be surreal for players who live there as well.

Naughty Dog always coming in clutch hitting all the specifics of there game. The attention to detail is just amazing. It would be interesting seeing all the landmarks in Abby's section. Either way, seemed like you had a good time in Seattle for the couple days you had. Awesome video!
nice stuff. wish these games would take place in my own home city. as a resident, it would be extra special seeing post apocalyptic version of the places you are so familiar with
I had never clocked after all this time that the pinnacle theatre was based on the real paramount theatre in Seattle until now 🤯🤯🤯 Nirvana famously performed there too and they happen to be my favourite band, mad.
Yeah it was pretty cool to see and just next door to my hotel! We went to the MoPop museum too and checked out the Nirvana section, really cool. Thanks for watching👍

Thanks mate appreciate the feedback! At the end of this trip when I got to Vancouver I came across at set for season 2, cool to see. Yes fingers crossed for something on part 3🤞
Hi N&C - Since neither of us are "gamers" we were totally unaware of the locations. You did a great job of chronicling each location as it pertains to the game - way cool!! Cheers!!!😎🍻
At the end of thos trip I finished in Vancouver and saw a filming set at Stanley park which will come up in a later video. It's going to be interesting to see how they make it look like Seattle, I'm sure it'll be great!
This is absolutely insane. I figured most of the buildings were real. But I figured they placed them wherever to fit the mission design they were going for, not that they were actually geographically accurate.
Have you played the Last Of Us Part 2? What were your thoughts on the game...

Thanks for checking it out, yeah it's mostly based in Seattle. Currently being filmed in Vancouver for HBO, will be interesting how they make it look fior TV👍

When we planned this trip, I always knew I had to do this video, and like I said, if I had more time, I would have covered the other areas. If I were ever to go to Seattle again, I'd definitely do a part 2 to this.
@@nickyfurmage well, then I would expect some of the Part I locations 😁😁
@David6037 Maybe if pop over to Boston sometime!
Actually I went to Santa Barbara but it was back in 2019 before the game, which is a shame, or id have been all over that too lol😁
Me and my gf absolutely love this game! Thanks for this amazing video! It's so interesting to see the real life places that are in the game and you've edited the video brilliantly. Seattle looks a beautiful place.

As someone who lived in New York City and currently lives in the SF Bay Area, Seattle is one of my favorite cities in the USA and I'd move there in a heartbeat if I had to
I enjoyed my time there, cool place to visit. I'd definitely go again sometime maybe in the future👍

Naughty Dog always coming in clutch hitting all the specifics of there game. The attention to detail is just amazing. It would be interesting seeing all the landmarks in Abby's section. Either way, seemed like you had a good time in Seattle for the couple days you had. Awesome video!

Thanks! Yeah, the layout in the game is very lifelike. If I had more time, there were alot of other areas in seattle I would have visited.
nice stuff. wish these games would take place in my own home city. as a resident, it would be extra special seeing post apocalyptic version of the places you are so familiar with
Thanks, yeah fans who live must have been pretty impressed👍

Circle type all lot 😮😮😮
I had never clocked after all this time that the pinnacle theatre was based on the real paramount theatre in Seattle until now 🤯🤯🤯
Nirvana famously performed there too and they happen to be my favourite band, mad.
Yeah it was pretty cool to see and just next door to my hotel! We went to the MoPop museum too and checked out the Nirvana section, really cool. Thanks for watching👍

This is such a good video, having played the game too many times I could’ve had the video on mute and knew where you were in relation to the game 🤣 very well explained mate keep up the good content & let’s hope for some news on part 3 in the near-future :)
Thanks mate appreciate the feedback! At the end of this trip when I got to Vancouver I came across at set for season 2, cool to see. Yes fingers crossed for something on part 3🤞
Wow! So nice hearing a local accent, where you from? I'm obsessed with Last of us and this came up as a recommendation to watch

Thanks, appreciate it mate👍
Hi N&C - Since neither of us are "gamers" we were totally unaware of the locations. You did a great job of chronicling each location as it pertains to the game - way cool!! Cheers!!!😎🍻
Thanks you guys, tbh I'm suprised you watched this! But thanks anyway, I enjoyed putting this one together👍
We enjoy all your travel related vlogs. Thanks for sharing them.
Одна из моих любимых игр. Спасибо за видео и интересную и познавательную экскурсию.
Your welcome, thanks for watching👍
I love the details man, thanks for the video!!❤
Your welcome mate, thanks for watching👍
All i can say is wow.
Great vid bro👍
Appreciate it mate, thanks for watching👍
man, how neat would it have been had they filmed season two in seattle? it’d be so perfect
It's pretty impressive the detail they went to, I enjoyed putting this one together👍
Thanks for the video! Awesome!
You're welcome, thanks for checking it out👍
So good. Fantastic job putting this together 👍
Thanks, really enjoyed exploring Seattle and making this video👍
