5:00 sumping the fuel is not a 2-man job. Just put a clear plastic tub under the fuel drains. It’s easy to check for water and contamination. You can also use the same method to collect fuel when doing the 50 hour fuel screen inspection AD 79-12-08
20:46 it’s physically impossible to cross feed both engines at the same time in the PA30. There is a lockout mechanism in the center of the fuel selector panel that prevents it.
During my ATP checkride which was also a Part 135 checkride the FAA examiner started the oral by sliding legal pad to me and said, "draw the fuel schematic." The aircraft was a Piper Seneca.
