Hello Chef ☺️ Happy holi🙏 can WE also use flower extractS like blue pea for blue colour & marigold for orange by simply boiling in water rather than food colouring as they are organic n are used in teas & noodles in Indonesia n also we can get red colour from hibiscus too .!!???
While making yellow color please make it with a new packet of Haldi because everytime we use same spoon for Haldi and Chilli powder to get them from our masaldani so there are very high chances that the Haldi which is in our masaldani may contain some particle of Chilli powder, it may irritate our skin. And don't use any glass bowl to make color, glass may leave its particle in it, use any steel bowl/parat for making colors. Happy Holi.😊
