C2 is AMAZING for Yae Miko mains. 1 setup and 1 burst per 16s rotation feels so incredibly nice. It fixes all her awkward timings. Furina Xilonen Nahida Yae Miko = worth testing
Im using raiden instead of nahida and it feels rather nice. Need to switch yae off GT set tho to optimize her more for burst dps. But yae's buffed by all three of the other characters and raiden appreciates that high cost burst from yae every rotation too~

I mean, you can bat sheet dps, but it's gonna depend heavily on the abyss enemies you are fighting. If you are fighting aggressive enemies, it's gonna be just like liney, it's just not consistent. You can get his C1 to fix the problem, but then you gotta compare it to mualani's C1, and he doesn't win those.

Yeah I was also kinda confused yesterday when I pulled her, couldn't see any substats that would make a difference for her support build. Thought I must be missing something, but I guess she's kinda like inverse Nilou in that sense, or like Gallagher from HSR. Sub c6 Kachina was kinda like this too to be fair. She really kinda is Kachina Pro Max, where Kachina has no kit, only an artifact set Xilonen has her res shred and healing on top.
It really shows that there aren't many people actually playing Imaginarium Theater. Xilonen enables you to have a geo Kazuha when there is no anemo within the elemental restrictions.

C2 Nahida for Alhaitham/Nilou really isn't anywhere near as strong as C2 Xilonen for pretty much any PHEC team she fits in (Dendro in general has kind of fallen off in terms of the usual Quicken/Hyperbloom archetypes), and C2 Xianyun is a buff to a niche many players dislike (plunge). Considering jstern has upgrades like C2R1 Nahida him saying C2R1 Xilonen puts PHEC a step above those other teams is already taking that into account.
Even at C0 she makes PHEC characters much stronger , like navia neuvellite mualani hu tao arlechino are much much stronger than alhaitham and kinich right now , even itto can defeat alhaitham with xilonen C0 lol
The issue is mostly that Dendro, Anemo and Geo have not had meaningful supports release for them in a long while. All the Nahida teams besides clorinde are still stuck in 3.X. The anemo teams have cracked supports but their DPSs are so bad that it evens out to mediocrity. Geo is similar, they have a full team of pretty decent units but it just doesnt compare to other elements simply mix and matching their teams using the newest buffers. Teams that are mono element in nature are just way too reliant on regular unit releases to keep up with powercreep and nobody rolls for those units besides the people already 3 characters deep in said archetype.
Calcs say that Arlecchino's best vape team has about the same amount of DPS as Arlecchino-Xilonen mono pyro team. The only one coming out on top as usual is Neuvillette...

I think that Hu Tao is getting a real upgrade, especially if you use her a lot and with plunge. With Xilonen you can ditch that playstyle to get something slightly better in DPS but much more comfortable and consistent. With Arlecchino you aren't getting any improvement with Xilonen if you are thinking about improving her that's not the case.
@@Philogamer97 the difference between Xilonen and Xianyun teams for Tao isn't that big at all, if you alreadt have XY and like plunge Tao there is little reason to bench her for Xilonen
Imo for Arle and Hu Tao in particular you would be getting a Kazuha side grade, she will be better when there is no enemies to group and worse when you need Kazuhas grouping. Also if you play those characters with Zhongli you probably won't enjoy not having Zhonglis shield
Fun fact: You can use Yae's burst with Xilo C2 without having to refresh her totems and still get all 3 pops. Feels good with Raiden as you need the energy for quick bursts.

@@justjuniorjaw it's just that kind of game. A lot of levels, exploration rewards, sigils and elemental oculi are locked behind quests, so I got used to it at some point.
She can buff 5 elements (+geo), while Kazuha only 4. She can heal otjher on field characters using burst and obviously create shield since she's a geo, but Kazuha has crowd control and swirl. But the best thing about this is I can use them both, with Kazuha as my sub-dps. ❤

To add to what he said, I actually think that Xilonen wont get you bigger dmg numbers, but she will make you clear faster. I noticed that with most of my teams from Neuv, Overvape, Overload, Vape, Mono teams and such.
Res Shred is probably the most important buff for damage (iirc, I haven't seen the formula in a LONG time) so her having more uptime on that means more of your damage is higher compared to VV shred, especially for teams with more than one element damage type.

The uptime is quite insane on Xilonen and she is actually quite flexible whether a team-based comp where everyone is synergizing and doing dmg (i.e., national), or hypercarries (i.e., neuvillette). It's amazing that the extra time I take because they have a sliver of HP left, slotting in Xilonen basically makes them take more damage. It's why I said that Xilonen has the trend of improving overall clear time but its hard to see the improvement when looking at damage numbers.

Using Furina on healer mode can work if you want consistency but you do lose on quite some fanfare stacks and her personal damage, there's still times where you can vape al 3 hits and her burst without a problem, my top 1% Mualani with furina Xilonen Xiangling hits upwards of 360k rn on that team with Xilonen on level 8 talent

My Xilonen has Freedom sword, so I delay her normal attack by 1s after using her skill. She doesn't have artifacts properly leveled up yet and her skill talent lvl is at 8, so only 30% res shred. my Mualani is still lvl82 but is C1. My Furina is C2.
For Itto teams, is Itto, Furina, Bennett/Fischl, Xilonen? Is this as good (or better) than mono geo C6 Gorou? My (very beginner level) calcs says the Xilonen is better, but im not fullly convinced that this is the case.
She is a bit overhyped if you just get a c0 no weapon i think. But like me that got her c2-r1, will say she is not overhyped at all with that. Im looking at content creators with c0, then look at my c2-r1. The story changes a lot when i compare.
Please mista J please help, i want a geo dps and i cant decide between c6 r1 xilonen or c6 r1 chiori as long time goal. I want to know if xilonen c6 does enough comparable dmg while taking into account the buffing she can do or if chiori c6 just completely puts her to shame. Id use the following teams: 1) c6 r1 xilonen, c6 elegy gorou, 2 pech support natlan charas or just 1 and c4 r1 albedo (chioris weapon) 2) c6 r1 chiori, c4 r1 (another copy of chioris weapon) albedo, c6 elegy gorou, zhongli or c2 r1 xilonen I like them both as characters and i really love both their kits
People are gonna make vids of c6 xilonen so you can prob check them out to see which u like better. Chiori will prob do more damage overall, but u can decide which youll enjoy more
Genuine question about her signature weapon. It says "for every 1k def" which means 3k and 3.2k def shouldn't have any differences and you would need 4k to get that last 1.6% which is very dumb and not worth building 4k def for. Or am I wrong?
@@jstern25 yes. Max 2 stacks for a total of 16%. I don’t think that’s enough to reach the 4k threshold. From what I understand (and maybe I’m wrong) her weapon says: “increase all nearby party members’ all elemental dmg bonus by 8% for every 1k def” Which should mean: 1k def = 8% 2k def = 16% 3k def = 24% 3.2k def = still 24% because it didn’t reach the “for every 1k def” requirement 4k def = should be 32% but you’ve reached max cap of 25.6% which essentially means your last 1k only gives you 1.6% dmg bonus I know it’s nit-picky and ultimately doesn’t really change much but it might save some people the hassle of squeezing out 200 more def for nothing.

I mostly use Arlecchino, Ganyu, Superbloom, Yoimiya and Raiden and none of those characters is getting any better with Xilonen. But everywhere I go I see only people say that she's a must pull, a game changer or something along that line. Honestly, I really like her as a character but her kit just isn't really useful for me, so I'm gonna skip.

If you are running hypercarry (which are her best team imo mualani/neuvi..) and don't care about double crystalize she is easier to setup, yes.
Great point actually, I was kinda already doing that with Kachina but it never amounted to much. I am likely going to be running Freedom Sworn on Xilonen so that might actually be worth stacking up. EM and Def shoudn't be too hard to stack. I do wonder for other teams tho if you can hit her ER threshold if you do care about healing (Furina mainly). Speaking of I haven't heard anyone talk about what her ER threshold is for burst every rotation...
@@bjornnilsson2941 it's not super high, ER main + a few subs or Fav Sword is enough. If I had to guess 160%ish range as a solo Geo. You only need to burst every rotation if you're using her as a Furina healer though, or if you're using her with Hyper Raiden or something. So not hard to build around if you're planning to use her for those teams, and the Def threshold for her Signature is also easy to get to without using all of your main stats too, so her build freedom is diverse.
@@hallyuniverse That's fair, I think I need to worry more about Xiangling in the Mualani vape teams since my Furina is on Key. Xilonen will have to be on Fav there and so will XL. In Arlecchino teams she won't need to burst often since it'd only be if the off fielders took a hit. In Navia teams even with Furina it should be fine since Navia produces quite a few particles. Those are the main three teams I'm thinking of for her and between them it seems like a single EM focused set with ER% time piece should be just fine then!

@@th0r0shvener52 Except almost all teams have hydro so it's very unlikely they target it specifically. Hydro isn't cryo so hoyo doesn't hate it enough to make it unusable every abyss. Also, HP scalers are too good anyway for the amount of survivability they offer as well as being less reliant on external buffs to do the same dmg as atk scalers with them. Atk scalers need an upgrade that is pretty much only exclusive to them.
@@Sen5325 I don't think they target hydro specifically, in fact I think they make sure at least one side of the abyss doesn't have Hydro eidolons and Tulpas. No other region besides Fontaine has the equivalent of Eidolons and the Tulpa boss although correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm going to make the possibly outrageous claim that Xilonen is UNDERRATED. Coz we have ourselves a character who does the main things Kaz is known for (without the grouping and I guess Infused Ults etc), but what nobody seemed to have figured out is her healing ticks at Lvl 8 Ult are nearly 10k each. And her ticks are fast. Like that is outrageously overpowered. I crowned my Ult, her healing ticks are actually 11k fast ticks WTF is that Jstern.
Yeah , and some people would think that she's at least not AoE heals so that's not powercreep for furina teams , however she constantly overheals your main DPS which make furina constantly heal your entire team from her passive
its not a huge mention cause usually the people who care about min maxing damage in genshin can go without healing in abyss, especially with the rise of self healing dps's like neuv, arle, chlorinde,wrio.

Lol every CC before claim she dethrones Kazuha and others, yada, yada, but by reading her numbers I always knew that wont be the case, if you care about meta, I suggest always do your own calculation, watch cc just for reference, dont completely trust cc, their shamelessness in copy pasting each others content, misleading, and clickbaiting is unbelievable. I only pull for character that has nice body though I dont care about kits meta or anything else.
The res shred on multiwave aspect is overrated tbh. Not many elemental carries have field time requirements long enough for that to be a thing. She’s not a bad character but it seems like people are exaggerating or outright making up flaws in Kazuha’s kit to justify the existence of a character that we really didn’t need.

Geo is similar, they have a full team of pretty decent units but it just doesnt compare to other elements simply mix and matching their teams using the newest buffers.
Teams that are mono element in nature are just way too reliant on regular unit releases to keep up with powercreep and nobody rolls for those units besides the people already 3 characters deep in said archetype.

I think that Hu Tao is getting a real upgrade, especially if you use her a lot and with plunge. With Xilonen you can ditch that playstyle to get something slightly better in DPS but much more comfortable and consistent. With Arlecchino you aren't getting any improvement with Xilonen if you are thinking about improving her that's not the case.

Imo for Arle and Hu Tao in particular you would be getting a Kazuha side grade, she will be better when there is no enemies to group and worse when you need Kazuhas grouping. Also if you play those characters with Zhongli you probably won't enjoy not having Zhonglis shield
If you have c1 hutao xilonen is an sizable upgrade. Just in case.
Fun fact: You can use Yae's burst with Xilo C2 without having to refresh her totems and still get all 3 pops. Feels good with Raiden as you need the energy for quick bursts.

She can heal otjher on field characters using burst and obviously create shield since she's a geo, but Kazuha has crowd control and swirl.
But the best thing about this is I can use them both, with Kazuha as my sub-dps. ❤

You don't need exactly 3200 def with paw patrol. You can build like 3000 and it will increase to 3200 after e+n2 so you'll get the max amount of buff anyway. I'm right, Right?
You need around 2800 actually, then with peak patrol you'll get up to 3200 defense

To add to what he said, I actually think that Xilonen wont get you bigger dmg numbers, but she will make you clear faster. I noticed that with most of my teams from Neuv, Overvape, Overload, Vape, Mono teams and such.
Res Shred is probably the most important buff for damage (iirc, I haven't seen the formula in a LONG time) so her having more uptime on that means more of your damage is higher compared to VV shred, especially for teams with more than one element damage type.

The uptime is quite insane on Xilonen and she is actually quite flexible whether a team-based comp where everyone is synergizing and doing dmg (i.e., national), or hypercarries (i.e., neuvillette). It's amazing that the extra time I take because they have a sliver of HP left, slotting in Xilonen basically makes them take more damage. It's why I said that Xilonen has the trend of improving overall clear time but its hard to see the improvement when looking at damage numbers.

Using Furina on healer mode can work if you want consistency but you do lose on quite some fanfare stacks and her personal damage, there's still times where you can vape al 3 hits and her burst without a problem, my top 1% Mualani with furina Xilonen Xiangling hits upwards of 360k rn on that team with Xilonen on level 8 talent

I can do 960k on first Mualani shark bite against the Mountain King @ WL8. My Xilonen has Freedom sword, so I delay her normal attack by 1s after using her skill. She doesn't have artifacts properly leveled up yet and her skill talent lvl is at 8, so only 30% res shred. my Mualani is still lvl82 but is C1. My Furina is C2.
Mualani hits hard as hell that she can carry the whole team's dmg on her own regardless.

She is a bit overhyped if you just get a c0 no weapon i think. But like me that got her c2-r1, will say she is not overhyped at all with that. Im looking at content creators with c0, then look at my c2-r1. The story changes a lot when i compare.

Please mista J please help, i want a geo dps and i cant decide between c6 r1 xilonen or c6 r1 chiori as long time goal. I want to know if xilonen c6 does enough comparable dmg while taking into account the buffing she can do or if chiori c6 just completely puts her to shame. Id use the following teams:
1) c6 r1 xilonen, c6 elegy gorou, 2 pech support natlan charas or just 1 and c4 r1 albedo (chioris weapon)
2) c6 r1 chiori, c4 r1 (another copy of chioris weapon) albedo, c6 elegy gorou, zhongli or c2 r1 xilonen
I like them both as characters and i really love both their kits
If you can do c6 chiori with c2 xilonen

People are gonna make vids of c6 xilonen so you can prob check them out to see which u like better. Chiori will prob do more damage overall, but u can decide which youll enjoy more
Genuine question about her signature weapon. It says "for every 1k def" which means 3k and 3.2k def shouldn't have any differences and you would need 4k to get that last 1.6% which is very dumb and not worth building 4k def for. Or am I wrong?

From what I understand (and maybe I’m wrong) her weapon says:
“increase all nearby party members’ all elemental dmg bonus by 8% for every 1k def”
Which should mean:
1k def = 8%
2k def = 16%
3k def = 24%
3.2k def = still 24% because it didn’t reach the “for every 1k def” requirement
4k def = should be 32% but you’ve reached max cap of 25.6%
which essentially means your last 1k only gives you 1.6% dmg bonus
I know it’s nit-picky and ultimately doesn’t really change much but it might save some people the hassle of squeezing out 200 more def for nothing.

I mostly use Arlecchino, Ganyu, Superbloom, Yoimiya and Raiden and none of those characters is getting any better with Xilonen. But everywhere I go I see only people say that she's a must pull, a game changer or something along that line. Honestly, I really like her as a character but her kit just isn't really useful for me, so I'm gonna skip.
@@Philogamer97 And that's fine! She is very strong especially in the teams she does improve, but that's not every single team in the game, unlike what some people seem to believe. If she is of little use to your roster (as she is to mine for example) skipping her won't somehow brick you account.

just skill and 2 normal attacks, and the res of enemies for any PECH characters in your team (+ geo) will automatically be reduced.

@@dragondevil69 her shred - yes, but the set needs you to double crystalize if you want to get buffs on 2 different elements which is honestly kinda scuffed in a lot of teams. If you are running hypercarry (which are her best team imo mualani/neuvi..) and don't care about double crystalize she is easier to setup, yes.

Great point actually, I was kinda already doing that with Kachina but it never amounted to much. I am likely going to be running Freedom Sworn on Xilonen so that might actually be worth stacking up. EM and Def shoudn't be too hard to stack. I do wonder for other teams tho if you can hit her ER threshold if you do care about healing (Furina mainly). Speaking of I haven't heard anyone talk about what her ER threshold is for burst every rotation...
@@bjornnilsson2941 it's not super high, ER main + a few subs or Fav Sword is enough. If I had to guess 160%ish range as a solo Geo. You only need to burst every rotation if you're using her as a Furina healer though, or if you're using her with Hyper Raiden or something. So not hard to build around if you're planning to use her for those teams, and the Def threshold for her Signature is also easy to get to without using all of your main stats too, so her build freedom is diverse.
@@hallyuniverse That's fair, I think I need to worry more about Xiangling in the Mualani vape teams since my Furina is on Key. Xilonen will have to be on Fav there and so will XL. In Arlecchino teams she won't need to burst often since it'd only be if the off fielders took a hit. In Navia teams even with Furina it should be fine since Navia produces quite a few particles. Those are the main three teams I'm thinking of for her and between them it seems like a single EM focused set with ER% time piece should be just fine then!

@@th0r0shvener52 Except almost all teams have hydro so it's very unlikely they target it specifically. Hydro isn't cryo so hoyo doesn't hate it enough to make it unusable every abyss.
Also, HP scalers are too good anyway for the amount of survivability they offer as well as being less reliant on external buffs to do the same dmg as atk scalers with them. Atk scalers need an upgrade that is pretty much only exclusive to them.

I'm going to make the possibly outrageous claim that Xilonen is UNDERRATED. Coz we have ourselves a character who does the main things Kaz is known for (without the grouping and I guess Infused Ults etc), but what nobody seemed to have figured out is her healing ticks at Lvl 8 Ult are nearly 10k each. And her ticks are fast.
Like that is outrageously overpowered. I crowned my Ult, her healing ticks are actually 11k fast ticks WTF is that Jstern.
Yeah , and some people would think that she's at least not AoE heals so that's not powercreep for furina teams , however she constantly overheals your main DPS which make furina constantly heal your entire team from her passive
I think people are just so against Kazuha finally getting knocked off his pedestal that they can't handle how strong she really is.

The res shred on multiwave aspect is overrated tbh. Not many elemental carries have field time requirements long enough for that to be a thing. She’s not a bad character but it seems like people are exaggerating or outright making up flaws in Kazuha’s kit to justify the existence of a character that we really didn’t need.
